"Miss Bai, this is the receipt. Additional fee will be counted during check out and the deposit will also be returned at that time." The receptionist gave Bai Yi Yang the payment receipt for the two rooms with big smile.
They will be staying for 2 nights so she payed a total of 6,000 yuan for the two rooms. As for deposit, Bai Yi Yang payed 500 yuan deposit for each room that will be returned after they check out, additional fee will be subtracted from the deposit later.
"Thank you." Bai Yi Yang smile back and took the receipt. Then, the receptionist also show her the pamphlet and told her that all the area within their hotel is accessible for all guests.
Bai Yi Yang has done her research so she knew, she nod and returned to her siblings with the pamphlet.
"Done?" Zhou Zhu Yao ask and stood up. She called the two children who was looking outside with 2 boys their age.
"En." Bai Yi Yang nod.
The male staff that received them at entrance just now hand over the car key to Bai Yi Chen and told them where their car is parked. Then, he pushed the golden hotel trolley to the elevator and brief them about the hotel layout one by one.
"This is the right wing main elevator, there is another elevator that will lead straight to the beach and waterpark. It was the same with the left wing." The staff explain. This elevator area alone have 5 elevator. When they entered the elevator, there is only them.
"Your rooms will be on the 9th floor. We have only 2 pairs of connecting room in each floor. They are quite popular with big families." The staff said again.
In fact, this connecting room is naturally more expensive than the regular room. They are very suitable for big families and there is a small infinity pool outside if they go out to the balcony. This pool is exclusively for them only.
The male staff is quite talkative, so Bai Yi Yang don't have to ask the details first and he will tell them in advance. For example, breakfast time is from 6.30 am to 10.00 am, special show at the waterpark at 9.00 am everyday, or the exclusive bar that only allow 18 years and above. This staff even recommended a lot of place that they can visit nearby.
While talking, they arrived at their rooms. This connecting room have separate main door but there is a door inside that connects this two room. The male staff inform them that if this rooms is booked separately, they usually locked the connecting door.
Once the girl's room is opened, the male staff open the other room via the main door first.
"Wow! This room is pretty." Bai Yi Fang said and run to the floor to ceiling glass window first. She also noticed the infinity pool outside and call Bai Yi Ling to look at it with her.
As for Zhou Zhu Yao, she look around the room and nod a few times, no wonder it is so expensive.
The room decorations is very tasteful, there are two queen beds and a 60" TV in front of the bed. There is a dining table for 4 people with mini kitchen, a comfortable couch that can host 6-7 people, a huge bathroom with jacuzzi and a walk in closet.
If she haven't seen the Bai siblings house in City Nan, she would be stupefied with the luxuriousness. But, this room still lose to the master bedroom in The Eve.
As for Bai Yi Yang, she learn how to operate the door from the male staff and left it open wide for now. She will close it when them girls is getting ready.
"You can call the front desk for any services, there are catalogue and pamphlets at the bedside table. We will serve you with our best." The male staff said before leaving with the empty trolley.
Since the connecting door is open now, they can go from one room to another room easily. The two small children was so excited as they run around the two rooms. The layout is very similar, it's just that the decorations and colour is a bit different.
"Are you staying in this room?" Bai Yi Yang ask TongTong who have settled down on one side of the queen bed in the boys room.
'En. Xiao Mo and Fang Fang will surely spend more time at that side. I need some peace and quiet.' TongTong said and Bai Yi Yang laugh.
The children is indeed a bit chaotic. Now, they are pestering Bai Yi Chen to allow them to use the infinity pool.
"Then you stay here. Are you hungry?" She ask again.
'Not hungry.' TongTong answer again and find a comfortable position to take a nap. Because the Seafood Pizza was delicious, Bai Yi Yang order one for takeout. TongTong eat them in the car.
Bai Yi Yang let it be and open the door to go outside. The children wasn't allowed to take a bath so they can only soak their feet.
"Who were you talking to?" Zhou Zhu Yao who is lying on the long beach bench ask Bai Yi Yang, she is typing on her phone.
"TongTong." Bai Yi Yang answer casually and lie down on the other empty bench next to Zhou Zhu Yao.
"Why? Is she hungry?" Zhou Zhu Yao ask.
"Nope. She want to stay in this room." Bai Yi Yang said. She sigh and rest her body to look at the scenery. Her talking to TongTong is normal now since everyone do so. It's just that they don't get to hear TongTong's reply like her.
"Ah. Must be because the kids is too noisy. Xiao Ling is annoyed too." Zhou Zhu Yao laugh. She think that Bai Yi Yang and Bai Yi Chen is the most patient pair of twins in the world. Bai Yi Mo and Bai Yi Fang level of naughtiness can make people goes crazy sometimes, but the twins is usually calm.
When they scold, they just scold a bit and the children will immediately become obedient. When she and Bai Yi Ling scold, their words won't enter the children ears, making them angry all the time.
"Xiao Ling is actually very patient today. It's almost time that she burst out." Bai Yi Yang add and the two laugh. Bai Yi Ling is inside. She just soak her feet for a while and returned inside, she rather lie down on the couch then outside here.
They don't have any plan until 4.00 pm so they all scattered along the two rooms. Zhou Zhu Yao said she wanted to sleep so she went to sleep with TongTong at the more peaceful room.
Bai Yi Yang and Bai Yi Chen is outside, they chat about random things as they lied down on the beach bench. They talked about the scenery and just anything that randomly come out of their mind, sometimes they will be quiet for a long time before started talking again.
Bai Yi Ling was at the couch before but she continue to lie down on the bed, reading from her phone while occasionally telling the other two who was watching television to keep quiet. They will become obedient for a second before giggling and laughing again. Bai Yi Ling end up wearing an earphone and continue reading.
It was 10 minutes before 4.00 pm did Bai Yi Yang woke up Zhou Zhu Yao and TongTong. They all freshen up lightly and finally went out.
Their destination is the tourist attraction near the hotel, it is a street with Asian European Theme buildings and attractions. It wasn't far from the hotel, only 10-15 minutes walk so they didn't bring their car.
In fact, as they walk towards the area, the street is already pretty so they took a lot of pictures too. Bai Yi Yang as the main photographer.
When they arrived at the street, it wasn't very crowded. Occasionally they will passed by people taking pictures in front of the buildings or murals. Family, couple, friends. All don't want to miss the chance to take good looking pictures without edited background.
Bai Yi Yang learn one thing from travelling. They must take pictures no matter what. Sometimes, them siblings recall some place but they didn't take pictures there, making her feel regret. Since their favourite pastime is looking at pictures, their pictures wasn't left out.
They even have a hard disk dedicated for all these pictures. There will be funny pictures, crying faces, ugly faces, pictures of strangers. Looking at pictures of them is almost a form of healing.
After walking around the street and taking pictures of beautiful buildings, they arrived at one of the most iconic place, the famous Governor's House Museum. This place is famous for the architecture and the historical aspect. Build in the early 1900s, look like an old European royal palace, it was well preserved considering its history of more than 100 years.
Bai Yi Yang pretend to be a princess at her house and Bai Yi Yang took pictures of her. Bai Yi Fang watch many princesses movie so she said that this house look like a castle, that's why she is quite intrigued.
"Let's go inside." Bai Yi Yang said and everyone follows her. Bai Yi Yang took pictures of everyone near the entrance and even set up tripod for them to take a group picture. Then, they go inside to admire the interior.
Just like how the description said at the door, the interior is the mixture of Asian and European culture. Historical tour can be boring but the children is curious so they had quite a fun tour inside.
Done with this place, they head further along the street and stop to take pictures when they got interested in something.
'Host, roasted chestnuts!' TongTong said when they passed by a small stall.
'Want to eat?' She ask.
'Yes!' TongTong answer. Seems like it's not only TongTong, even Zhou Zhu Yao look interested. So, they stop by to buy two bags of roasted chestnuts and eat it on the way.
The group head to Yushan Road and this place is clearly more packed. This road is going a bit uphill to Xiaoyushan Park. This is their last destination for today to watch the sea and sunset.
Zhou Zhu Yao let the rest wait while she went to lay the entrance fee. That's right, to enter this park, they need to pay 10 yuan per person.
While at that, the children pose with the park as the background and only continue walking when Zhou Zhu Yao return. The road wasn't hard to walk so they take their time to admire the scenery. They arrived at Lanchao Pavilion and wait for their turn to go up the pavilion.
The pavilion is octagonal on shape and to go up, they need to use the spiral staircase.
Bai Yi Yang and everyone climb to the top and admire the scenery for a while, take pictures then go down. There are more people who wanted to go up too. Let other take their turn.
Bai Yi Yang took a lot of pictures inside the pavilion then they also took group pictures in front of the pavilion using the tripod.
After Lanchao Pavilion, there is Bibo Pavilion and Yongcui Pavilion, each of them is special and unique but Lanchao Pavilion should be the main attraction here.
They stop by to buy drinks and cut fruits after tired walking around. Bai Yi Chen and the children reserved a spot to look at the scenery so Bai Yi Yang and Zhou Zhu Yao went to buy drinks and snacks.
Sunset at the beach is much clearer, like looking at sunset from top of a hill or mountain. It was beautiful and relaxing. If they are a bit late, the good spot would have been occupied by people. All in all, their luck is quite good to get a good spot.
'It's different looking at sunset near the beach. The wind is comfortable and the smell of the sea is quite refreshing.' TongTong comment.
'This makes me desire a house near the sea. Just because of the cool wind and scenery.' Bai Yi Yang agreed and said. She may hate the sands and sticky sea water but she don't dislike this current feeling. She may actually like sea too.
'Then we can only look for houses at City Qing, City Shan or City Zhou.' TongTong said. Staying at a beach house should be fun. They can play in the water everyday.
What more, as a cat, TongTong have a very selfish motives. If the ground is covered with sand, is there any need for it to go to the toilet anymore? That will be heaven for cat ah.
Of course Bai Yi Yang don't know this though. But, seeing everyone seems to love the beach and sea, she is seriously considering to buy a house near the sea.
Maybe she can add this in her requirements for their next house.
