The wine glass in Ingrid's hand suddenly shattered, fragments piercing into her flesh, bleeding profusely.
She pulled out a tissue to wipe it, gesturing for everyone not to worry, assuring them that with her constitution, the injury would soon stop bleeding and heal.
However, no one really felt like continuing to drink, so they dispersed. Sunset Hall wasn't far from Sword Flower University, so Lois and the other two decided to walk back. Everyone was quiet along the way, as the wind and snow grew stronger and the biting cold penetrated their skin, making their faces ache from the chill.
"Is it snowing over there where Sonia is too?" Adelle suddenly asked.
"Though I'm not sure how big the difference is between demigods and mortals," Ingrid said, "but she should be warmer than you, even without clothes."
"Hmm," Adelle nodded, "Demigods are amazing."
"So does that mean she doesn't need to rely on anyone and can live well on her own?"
