"So you have no way to proof that she's lying" Hina said nonchalantly, cutting Mei off with a slight scoff

"Enough!!" Kai banged the table in a fit of rage. He had been listening to the nonsense the maids uttered all along, both appalled and upset about the entire situation. How dare a filthy maid dare to slander Hina in this manner? It was already bad enough that she had been forced to be a mockery for those who loved to gossip. But he was content with the fact that the estates was a safe space where she was free of such indecent rumors. Yet, here they were. A lowly laundry maid had attempted to set up the baron and the lady of the house in a bizarre fashion that could ruin the reputation of the house! Just what kind of situation was this?!
