"You've changed…" Rex uttered, eyes tracing down her flowing golden hair and then her radiant golden eyes. "Forgive my rudeness, Your Majesty, but are you still the same person? The last time we met, you weren't like this."
Empress Morgana cast a wider smile and then walked out of the dome.
She went around the statue slowly and deliberately.
Each step she took created a solid sound as her gold high-heels tapped against the cobblestone floor.
But Rex's attention locked onto her face, his brows knitted as the moment she stepped out of the dome, her appearance changed again. Her eyes burned a hot red, and her pure-white dress is now streaked with crimson threading through intricate folds.
