Wen Jin originally didn't plan to go downstairs to see Ou Yihan.
But as he reached the elevator, his phone rang; it was a call from Ou Yihan's father.
Wen Jin then had no choice but to go downstairs to Ou Yihan's ward.
After staying there for half an hour and noticing it was still early, he headed to Gu Kai's office.
Gu Kai was reading medical records. When he saw Wen Jin come in, he greeted him, told him to pour himself some water, and then buried his head back in the records.
"Why aren't you in the ward with either Yihan or Xiaocha? What brings you here?"
A few minutes later, Gu Kai came out from behind his desk, holding a thermal cup, and sat on the sofa, teasing with a smile.
Wen Jin held his cup, sipping water elegantly.
Upon hearing Gu Kai's words, he merely glanced at him indifferently without answering.
