As young men and women are beginning to fill the area there is much commotion. The boys stay huddled together. Most of the people around them are from families around the capital. A young man approachs Wes. He has a young face and a fairly average build to him.
He introduces himself "Hello fellow adventures, I am Wang of House Tiger. Pleased to meet you."
Wes shakes his hand and introduces his party "Hello, my name is Wes and the others are Z and Sherwin. We have come to hopefully join a house today."
Wang looks over the boys with a smile. He sees Wes carries a long sword and a short sword, Z carries a large axe and Sherwin has a short sword as well as spell components. The boys all have about the same build. Wes slightly smaller than Z and Sherwin the smallest of them.
Wang then asks "Have you three ever seen these competitions? What houses do you hope to join?"
"We will be lucky to join any of them. However my personal favorite is the Elephant house. The armor and strength they show is incredible." Answerd Wes.
"Personally I would like to join Rhino. They are quick warriors that lead the charge." answered Z.
"I would be happy to join any or all of them. However flying like an house Eagle would be amazing." answered Sherwin.
"What about you?" asks Wes.
"Even though I was born house Tiger, I would absolutely like to join house Lion." answered Wang honestly. House Tiger was far smaller and less wealthy than house Lion
A large young man with flowing long blonde hair comes walking up behind Wang. He carries himself with authority. Upon his back he carries a giant great sword.
"Hello little Wang. How are things going here? Are you prepared for the challenges ahead?" Asked Apto.
"Yes Apto, I am ready for any challenges. Even with your father Golden Mane up there. I will defeat you in everything." Wang chuckles after saying this.
All the a leaders stand a summon everyone to become quiet. Then they all sing the national anthem. The games begin. Basic tests of strength and ability come first. They are challenged to lift large amounts of weight. They sprint back and forth across the room. Demonstrating their abilities. After several hours they all rest as the combat matches are being lined up.
