The Peak Gnome did not understand how the calamity he foresaw did not happen, according to what he knew, there should be no way he would have even been able to run more than a kilometer or so before he was caught up in the explosion. As much as there was shock in his voice, one could see the faint sense of relief that he escaped such a calamity. If the calamity had truly happened, then with the exception of the Half God Plane experts, the rest of them would barely have any hopes of surviving it, even from a kilometer away. This alone showed the mightiness of the outcome of destroying such a portal with such solid spatial walls.
The other Gnomes gave the Peak Sovereign Gnome a look of inquiry, as if to ask why he raised such unnecessary false alarms.
