Grey heaved a secret sigh of relief when he heard the Old man's words, he could tell the Old man was well respected, so as long as he wanted to join them in seeking out this portal, it would be easier for the others to agree to it too.
Just as Grey expected, with the Old man joining, the others agreed one after the other, including the Peak Sovereign who was initially against the idea. Although the man still felt like it could be a trap, it was better they checked it out than to leave it alone. They absolutely could not allow a portal that could send Half God Plane Gnomes into their world while still retaining the same stability.
