Eggy was still lost in his eyes. She seemed to be blushing whilst standing stationary, as she stared at Hale.
Hale eyes used a pool of energy within him but he did not feel any pressure this time. His Mana and Qi just regenerated instantly. He closed his eyes and his eyes converged to normal. Eggy broke out of her trance-like state when Hales eyes returned to normalcy. She just looked at him and blushed then turned around and scurried away.
Hale looked at her receding back speechless, not knowing what had happened although he was the cause. His Eyes of Truth has the ability to withdraw the desires and thoughts of others when they are trapped within it. His eyes can peer through the mind and read the thoughts of other but also entrap them to make them show their true nature. And Eggy was obviously effected.
Dia was brisking through a book. She was looking for Spatial Portal spells. They acquired many materials for constructing a portal as it was found in the ring the old king handed them. Now they just need to make a Portal and connect it to the correct spatial pathway.
But the problem lies within the probability of choosing the wrong pathway. They returned to the forest where they last spawned. Hale used his eyes to see the spatial pathways. It was quite effective as he saw a long Mana lines of energy cutting through the forest. The exuberant spatial essence bloomed in those Mana lines and gave a vibrant violet wave.
It floated two meters above the ground of the forest. No object can obstruct its path as it was elusive and formed its way, bypassing all the obstructions.
"These are definitely the spatial pathways that the old man had mentioned. There's even spatial seals on some of them." Hale was busy analyzing the pathways. He found two pathways in the forest.
Hale was frowning when he noticed two spatial pathways criss-crossed in the forest. It was a fifty percent chance and they had to take it. One pathway lead North and the other drove to the East.
Hale relayed everything he saw to Dia and Eggy. They was shocked at his eyesight, even they cannot see the pathways but he could. Eggy was stunned at how powerful his eyes were when they entered that unique mode, which made her face crimson when she thought about the way she acted previously in front of him.
"Let's choose North because when we arrived we fell towards the ground aligning the North pathway." Thinking of the most correct pathway to choose, they began to construct the spatial portal spell on the spatial pathway that was facing North. They followed the instructions presented in the spell book. Hale and Dia teamed up and casted the inscriptions needed for the spatial portal formation.
It was finally done. Although the portal looked a little worse compared to Diana's, it was still something to be proud of as it consumed a lot of Mana to cast and it looked almost the same to the portal they previously used.
For Hale however, it posed no problem as he casted eighty percent of the inscriptions needed for the spatial portal formation without braking a sweat. Dia was stunned at Hale, even Eggy wanted to take his place but he rejected and said he was fine.
After the formation was constructed they placed the Mana stones in the specified grooves etched in the formation. A portal formed and it was violet in color. It was circular and formed floating in the air. Some of the violet energy leaked out from the circular formation as it was unstable. But as little time passed, the portal began to stabilize. It looked more solid and ethereal.
"Oh almighty God's who watches over us. Please grant us safe passage to find our mother and allow us to arrive peacefully without any problems!" Hale began reciting a prayer.
Dia rolled her eyes at him. "It is what it is. No matter what we face we must overcome it. Since we steal the power from the Heavens we shall defy them."
Eggy nodded her head to Dia's rebuttal as if in total agreement.
"Well, now we are going to face some real problems on our way since you decided to ignore the prayer." Hale argued like she jinxed them.
Eggy nodded at Hales statement for once and knew that what he said maybe entirely true.
"Let's enter!" Dia cut to the chase and pushed Hale inside the portal without batting an eye blink. Eggy just looked at Hale tripping into the portal and prayed in her heart that he will be safe when she sees him again.
Dia looked at Eggy but this time she held her hand out and asked Eggy to hold them tightly. They entered the portal holding each other's hand. The portal in the forest dissappeared when they entered it.
