As Varenka returned, she saw Aamon. She felt an undeniable connection to him, but she hesitated. After a moment, she finally said, "Thank you for helping the Icelands against the Ancient Army. I still need some time to fully acknowledge you as my father."
Aamon understood her feelings and replied, "It is my pleasure to assist the Icelands. I will wait for the day when you can accept me in your heart as your father and ally."
The Fire Army retreated to the Firelands, but Varenka soon felt weak. Byanka summoned a Royal Physician to examine her. After carefully assessing Varenka's condition, the Royal Physician said, "Her Highness broke the seal within her and released her powers. If she continues to use too much of her power, she may become severely exhausted, or she could even die."
Byanka grew anxious upon hearing the physician's findings, but Varenka was distracted by something else entirely. She wanted to know how her parents had met, especially when the Firelands and Icelands had once been so distant from one another. The question lingered in her mind, but she kept it to herself.

The Ancient Army had made no move for the past two years, bringing a temporary period of peace to the kingdoms. The Firelands and Icelands were finally beginning to restore their alliance. Because of this, Varenka was allowed to explore the borders between the two lands. However, even after two years, something continued to occupy her thoughts.
During this time, Byanka and Aamon held negotiations and celebrations between their kingdoms, strengthening the bond between the Firelands and Icelands. Meanwhile, Varenka broke through the Dragon Emperor Stage, further increasing her strength. She also broadened her horizons by exploring more of the Firelands. As the future heir to both the Ice Phoenix and the Fire Dragon possessed by her parents, she began to understand the immense responsibility awaiting her.
Varenka tried her best to embrace Aamon as her father, the Fire King of the Firelands. Aamon, in turn, did everything he could to show his love and earn a place in Varenka's heart as her father. Byanka allowed the two of them to spend time together, giving them the opportunity to make up for the years they had lost.
