This one has a prize for the first two places in the competition. I wonder what they what they will be. To win this trial we need to have as much firepower as possible, so We will be at disadvantage if Charlotte will be in the field. I mean, it's not like anyone even saw charlotte in the first part as she as using shadow camouflage, so if I replaced her this round, they wont come to know about it. This can be interesting.
My theory about the prizes is that as our batch is short of one member each, we will require to choose from the ones who will be be disqualified. and the second prize can be anything, i cant theorize that.
I should tell the team about my decision.
"Are you out of your fucking mind?" Charlotte said as soon as she heard the plan "Are you sure it will be okay?".
"I mean pretty much yeah."
"But you just said that you are acting on the hunch that, they haven't seen charlotte in the field" Alicia asked looking at me.
"Well....." Before I could say anything, gray came out of the adjacent room, "Well they will come to know he is alive some day, let's not miss out on the prize just to keep Zack hidden"
"Yeah" I said.
"That decision of risking to expose yourself to the whole world is yours to make, i am fine with any of your decision." charlotte said sighing, Alicia and Gray nodded along.
"Well then it's settled, I will be participating in this round, and charlotte will be sitting this one out." I said.
"But what about your weapons, your fighting style, most of them out there have fought you already, and seen how you fight, I mean they will recognise you in an instant." Gray said.
"Don't worry about that, Your captain got that covered." I said smiling " Now go and get ready for the trials, we have got to go and beat those losers."
After they left, I went and took out the red spear, the creator gave me.
"You know you should name the weapons you use, they form a connection between the wielder and the user" Lily said in my mind.
"Hmm, I already thought of a name for the sword, how is this, 'The Raindance sword' " I said.
"You have put some thought to the name." Lily said, " What about the spear."
"I don't know, It will come naturally in time" I said looking at the dragon inscripted in the spear.
"Hello, participants you all will be going in the field at the same time, and compete in the trial, also these are the points you will gain after killing different monsters,
1.The Wollog (A monster with the body of a dog and a Wolf, used as a pet) - 1 points
2. The Antler (An agile monster with a body covered by antlers, and can summon a barrage of antlers to attack) - 5 points
3. The High bull( A monster with great strength, according to legends if a high bull is old enough it can shatter space time continuum) - 20 points
4. The boss monster (Unknown) - 100 points.
Also by incapacitating the other teams you can gain the points obtained by them." The observer said enthusiastically. "The match will start in 30 minutes."
After 30 minutes I went to the arena and found my teammates waiting there. It's so astonishing that around 2 months ago I wasn't even able to fight and now I am preparing to fight nobles who have been training to fight their whole lives.
"Candidates get ready and soon as you hear the bell ring SLAUGHTER the monsters." the observer shouted.
I got ready with my spear, lets see what this new weapon can do.
"You two stick together no matter the cost." I said to my teammates.
"You got it, captain." as soon as they said it, the bell rang.
"GO" I shouted and ran.
"If my memories are right , there are a hundred Wollogs, twenty antlers, five high bulls, and of course one boss monster." Lily said in my mind.
"Okay, lets go then" I will just search for the boss monster, I am pretty sure what the princess's team is planning to do, they will be using the other teams, to increase their points, they wont do the heavy lifting, just take advantage of others, well they are nobility after all.....
I have up till now killed 5 wallogs, and 2 antlers. This wont work I need to find the high bulls, they are usually in clusters of two or more, but how do I find them.

"Boy, release the energy from your body in every direction, normally the energy will bounce back, but if it strikes a living entity it will be absorbed, hence giving you a rough idea of the locations." The other dragon spoke in my mind.
"Well, nice of you to finally get your presence known, mr. Dragon" I said.
"Red dragon...." The voice said, "You were the one who injured me in the first place"
"Yeah, that's true, no regrets what so ever" I said. "Anyways you sure, this will work."
"Well yeah, you already do this when you use the avalanche technique." The dragon said.
"Oh okay then let me try."
"Use your own body's energy, it will help conceal you are a dragon from others." The dragon instructed.
"As you say, master" I said.
I started concentrating, and concentrated my energy in my naval area, and let it go all at once.
"Not that much energy, you brat." The dragon shouted, "You cleared out one mile of area near you."
"I got the rough positions of monsters." I said.
Suddenly my holochrome came alive with static.
"You bastard, what did you do." Gray said, "I thought you didn't want to grab attention."
"Sorry, I was just trying something new." I said, "How many have you hunted."
"Oh 10 wollogs, and 8 antlers." Alicia said.
"Okay, now beware, of the princess's team." I said, they will be itching to take your points.
"Got it. Over and out"
After this I sprinted towards the positions and found , 5 wollogs, 7 antlers, and 1 high bull. I still have to find one more. well after searching for 20 minutes, I was thinking of using the energy blast once more, when suddenly, a guy came out of nowhere, fighting a high bull.

"Well thanks for helping me complete the mission, Bye" I said and started leaving.
"Help me, please, I will repay the favor I promise." The boy said.
Now due to some reason when I saw him I felt pity for him as if he had been alone his whole life, and suddenly without mu consent my bod moved and took a stance and sliced the body of the high bull in half.
"You owe me now, give me all the points you have earned upto this point." I said.
"Huh, Well in return for saving my life, I will give them to you." He said, this surprised me a little to be honest. "Show me your holochrome I will transfer them"
After that I went to fight the boss monster using my newly found monster compass. I found it no problem but the monster was somewhat not easy to kill. it was an undead necromancer, it had an army.
"Well, well what do we have here." I turned to see the person I didn't want to see, Noel and party.
"You seem to have a lot of confidence to come here alone" Noel said laughing.
"What do you guys want." I asked in a coarse voice.
"Nothing much, give us the points you have acquired, the become the bait for the boss and then we will let you go." Elaine said.
"Fuck off, you piece of shits." I said.
"Wow, no need to get feisty" Princess's brother said.
"Or what." I said going closer to him.
"You fucker" The boy shouted as he tried to attack me, i jumped back and blocked it with my spear. "I will take care of him"
"So Cringey" I said laughing.
He lunged at me, with a knife at that, "You sure about that huh". The great thing about spear arts is that I get to keep my distance, from the enemy.
I took out the brother without even trying.
"You bastard" Elaine said.
"Listen to me you weak piece of shits, come at me together.
"Are you sure about that, boy, you will get discovered if you use dragon energy"
"Don't worry, I will take care of them without your help." I said smiling.
"You asked for this fucker" Noel said coming down from the rock and sprinted towards me.
I am Going to blast you all the way to hell, bastard. I said and I concentrated all my energy in my naval area and released it al at once, "Ahhhhhh" I shouted as the whole 1 mile radius got cleared.
I accidentally killed the boss monster with that explosion. I am sure we are at the top now.
"Boss monster has been killed, the trial is now over, The first place is won by Team Gray and co. , the second place by Issacs team, the third place by The Rune dragon team, The last place by Noel and co. , Come collect you rewards at your quarters." The observer said.
