Felix Rhodes said, "I have something. I've talked with Julian, about the wedding, he doesn't need me to help with anything. If he needs something, he'll call me."
Mrs. Rhodes said, "I've been feeling a bit unwell these days, come back and keep me company, I haven't seen you lately, mom misses you."
Felix knew his mother was quite the actor, sometimes she just liked to find excuses.
He said, "Then I'll come see you tomorrow."
Even though he knew it was an excuse, Felix was still quite good to his mother.
Mrs. Rhodes heard Felix say this, and exhaled a breath of relief, "Alright."
After finishing the call, Felix walked back and saw Vivian Bell sitting on the bed, looking at him.
Felix saw her looking at him, and said, "What's wrong? Didn't you say you wanted to lie down for a while?"
"Was that a call from your family?" Vivian looked at him.
