8 years later nothing has really changed, the village still keeps the same rules yet everything feels so different. One thing has changed though, something unknown to the village has broken the barrier to the underground causing all monsters to race out and wreak havoc once again. This time the monsters have come back stronger than before and declared war against the humans for a second time. Instead of attacking directly most of them hideout to use surprise attacks against people wandering around. It's a dangerous world some claim, but others still go out to enjoy their life, ignoring the fact that they could die any second.
Those who've kept their souls have started working together to fight back have created a council and call themselves S.O.U.L (Souls Of Undying Light). The S.O.U.L Council now in control of defending the village, and the village itself.
"JASON!!" a childish voice screamed.
"Stop screaming, we're right here Joseph" Jason replied. He rolled his eyes while walking with his hands in his pocket.
"Hey, Jason, why don't we just go play at the park? There, Joseph can let out all of his energy" the other boy said.
"I don't really feel like it, Nate" Jason replied.
"Aww come on brother, Please?" Joseph whined while making a pouty face. The kids stopped and Jason stared at both Nate and Joseph, his eyes as sharp as a wolf's.
"Just think of this as a part of your responsibilities of being a big brother," Nate said while walking with his hands behind his head.
"Oh shut up before I have to knock your glasses off Nate!" Jason said while smirking.
"You shut up, I'm the oldest," Nate said while pushing up his glasses.
"Does that mean we get to go to the park?" Joseph asked joyfully. Jason took a deep breath and started walking in the direction of the park.
"Fine, but we won't be there for long" Jason replied in an irritated voice. Nate willingly follows.
While walking Jason had gotten a cold chill down his spine, he felt as if someone or something was watching him from afar...
