Hank leaned closer to Raven, it seemed the first time he had initiated anything, yet it was to whisper, "Does that mean you are immortal?"

Raven smiled and nodded as she whispered back before kissing his ear, "Yes, but it also means I can change others to be able to live their lives with me you know."

Hank blushed, it was unsure if this was due to the kiss or the information, but he seemed to be slightly more at ease now.

"While you are processing this, how about I take you off my world and to a place closer to Earth?" David spoke with slight humor in his voice as he realized neither of them had realized they were far from home.

They now found themselves standing outside David's mansion on Genesis, from this viewpoint one could see both the Earth and the Moon.

Charles and Hank were fascinated with the view, it seemed to take them a few seconds to actually realize what the view meant.

"Amazing, this is fantastic!" it seemed Hank had suddenly come out of his shell, he started looking around him at the layout of the city and outlying lands. "What are they using, where did this level of technology come from?"

"Mostly Kal and I, to be honest, you are one of the few people on Earth I feel might understand this Tech," David answered Hanks's question.

"Raven, would you like to show Hank around, I think he would be far more interested in that than the talk Charles and I will be having," David asked as he looked at Raven and saw the smiles on her face as she nodded.

Looking towards Charles after he watched Hank and Raven walk away David asked, "Have you realized yet Charles?"

Charles looked confused a moment as he stopped looking over the environment and started to notice the people, "You made a sanctuary? There are so many Mata's?"

David nodded, "This place is safe, it is a living land. If any undue excessive emotions are felt it will check the source. If it is something negative it has the ability to prevent the use of Meta powers and also drain lifeforce to the point of knocking people out. The nice bonus is the island comes with psychic dampeners."

As David spoke he walked over to the main reception area where a large branch seemed to be coming out of the ground forming a large half-circle as it then bent back into the ground. On both sides' vines ran like a corridor leading from the branch. At the end were 6 people in uniforms with some kind of scanner in one's hands.

"This is the reception portal, there are hundreds all over the Earth, they all lead here. It takes a Meta within proximity to activate it. These vines are dampeners, so no-one coming though can speed through or start attacking and they are not let out until the Agents on duty have verified them.

Also, all those agents have the ability to create hard light constructs, for that matter all my Agents over a certain authorization can."

"And you are explaining all this to me, why?" Charles was starting to wonder why he was being included in what he would regard as insider information.

"Because I think you are a good teacher, I believe you are someone who wants to help other Meta's. I think you should create a school for Meta's and a safe place for them, but I also believe your strike team was a mistake. So, I am going to suggest you do start a school and place a portal on the grounds.

This way you can help and if in need you have a place to retreat to and a trained team on hand if you needed them."

"I see how this benefits me, but what are you getting out of this?" Charles had always wanted to help Meta's, now that he knew there were more out there that even Cerebro showed him he felt more eager than ever before.

David chuckled, "I get nothing, it occurred to me I have never told you what I have domain over, I am the God of Reality Charles. If I wanted I could just remake things as I wanted, but that is not what I want. I see it as a path that leads down a very scary road where I remake everything to suit me alone and I worry about what that would do to the people I care for."

Charles nodded slowly as he seemed to be processing the information, for a few minutes he seemed to be mulling over the information he had been given.

"When we first met, you mentioned placing mental blocks on a child, what did you mean?" when Charles

David tilted his head for a moment then thought it best to be as clear as possible. "You have a habit of assuming that a Meta with the x gene only has the x gene, so when you meet someone who is an omega level but has trouble controlling their emotions, you might put blocks on their emotions to help them control their powers. What happens if that Meta has something inside them, something so powerful it can destroy and create life and they share their host's emotions, then one day your blocks start to falter."

Charles seems to be stunned for a moment, he realized that might well be his likeliest course of action, "How bad did …"

Before Charles could finish his sentence David said, "Very, it is one of the reasons I was going to suggest you let me check your students in case they have additional special needs, that might be best suited to be handled here."

Charles nodded slowly; he was still considering how badly his well-intentioned actions might harm his students.

"All of this is just to open your eyes to what more is out there Charles, now you can help you students with all the information and trained backup." David tried to reassure Charles as he did not want him wallowing in what-ifs.

"Hm, okay then. I see no issues with your idea. How would I get hold of you if I needed you?

David smirked, "Pray to Genesis."

Charles shook his head and sighed, "I should have seen that one coming."

Charles and Hank went to setup Charles's family home as the X school, David hopped history would see it in a much better light this time around.

Heading back to the lab David and Kal had decided locking space was not going to work, but detecting an inbound jump could be, so now they needed to work on an appropriate way to handle that information.

Selene felt she had finished the new metal, but it needed to go through complete testing first.

David had Max sent to classes or Magic, at the very least he could get runes added to his metal marbles.

It looked like most things were in order, so David gathered Kal. Diana, Gaea, and Hela with the idea of picking a fight with a demon.

Although Kal was vulnerable to magic, David was working on the concept that his runes should allow him more protection than most, and if things went as he hopped, A certain Werewolf should be close to deciphering the summoning ritual, silly puppy.
