EXT. TOWN
THE STRANGER
(O.S.)
There was this WOMAN…
A WOMAN stands in the middle of the ROWDY CROWD as CONSTRUCTION is going on across the TOWN, The WOMAN holding her SIX SHOT at one of the MEN'S faces as the LEADER just smirks.
LEADER
You really think you're going to get out of this alive by killing me, woman?
WOMAN
Maybe not, but hell, it'd beat staring at your face anymore.
As this was going on a HORSE trots along towards them from the end of TOWN, the STRANGER looking at the scene as he notices people beginning to bar and lock up their homes, THE STRANGER nodding as he tips his hat down and continues down the road, the WOMAN still holding her gun steady as the street full of thugs were beginning to swarm from all over.
LEADER
I say a word, and you hit the dirt.
WOMAN
Let's see which comes off faster…
The LEADER laughs as he throws his arms up and backs away spinning about.
LEADER
I'm waiting…
The WOMAN FIRES, the LEADER screaming as he spins as she clips him in the shoulder, The WOMAN watching as all of the men begin to draw but as they do they all dive out of the way as a HORSE comes barreling by them, THE STRANGER grabbing the WOMAN by her shirt as she drags along for a few feet before he pulls her up, the THUGS beginning to open fire as some run to their horses as the LEADER screams.
LEADER
After her, goddamnit!
The STRANGER looks back as the THUGS were beginning to ride after them, the WOMAN looking at him in confusion as he nods at her.
The STRANGER
Howdy.
WOMAN
I don't even wanna know why you're helping me…
She screams as a few bullets go whizzing by, THE STRANGER looking about as he notices nothing but town for miles.
THE STRANGER
Can you shoot?
WOMAN
Obviously…
THE STRANGER
Well…
The STRANGER opens his duster and reveals TWO PISTOLS on HOLDERS across his waist.
THE STRANGER
Now would be a good time!
The WOMAN smiles and pulls the GUNS out as the STRANGER weaves down the street as the WOMAN leans to his side as she was riding in front of the STRANGER, the WOMAN opening fire with both guns towards the THUGS as she hits one, killing him with a bullet to the skull as she clips a horse and sends the THUG and HORSE tumbling into a few more men as the STRANGER notices a construction beam a few meters away.
THE STRANGER
I'll draw them away from you, just stay busy in town will ya?
WOMAN
What are you talking about?
THE STRANGER
Be seeing ya.
WOMAN
Wait...what?!
THE STRANGER suddenly hops up and jumps, grabbing the construction beam as he swings in the air as the WOMAN quickly turns to grab the reins of the horse, the WOMAN looking back in awe as the STRANGER swings and draws another pistol from behind his back, the STRANGER spinning as he drops and fires three times, hitting three men off of three horses as he lands on one that's man had fallen off due to his gunshot.
The STRANGER grabs the reins and spurs the HORSE to make a sharp turn which has most of the MEN veer off after him as the LEADER, riding bitch on another man's horse screams for some of his men to follow the WOMAN.
The STRANGER notices the small group continuing after the WOMAN, the STRANGER shaking his head as he hops up and rides the horse like a skateboard, THE STRANGER steadying himself as he times his jump and jumps, grabbing onto a swinging cable from one of the constructing buildings.
THE STRANGERS swings upwards and as he does a few THUGS appear, on foot and on horseback and begin opening fire, THE STRANGER firing back as he runs across the construction beams and jumps onto a nearby rooftop, THE STRANGER taking cover as he sees the WOMAN rounding a nearby corner, men still after her as the STRANGER thinks things over and nods, THE STRANGER standing as he begins running from rooftop to rooftop, drawing heavy fire as he suddenly draws a second pistol tucked in his right boot and jumps off the roof, THE STRANGER opening fire as he hits two and misses a few times before shooting another in the head.
As the STRANGER runs across the roofs, The WOMAN notices him from afar, The WOMAN also keeping herself low as some of the men were opening fire at her, the WOMAN firing back a few random shots as she continues to ride the STRANGER'S HORSE.
The STRANGER runs to the edge of a rooftop and stops as he notices the jump was way too far, the STRANGER looking about before noticing a LARGE WINDOW was not so far.
The STRANGER shakes his head as he fires and shoots two bullets into the window frame before he jumps, crashing through the window as he rolls to his feet and looks to see a NAKED WOMAN screaming at him as she is changing.
THE STRANGER'S smirks and nods at her before ducking as the NAKED WOMAN'S FATHER kicks the door in, SHOTGUN in hand as he let off a round that would of taken the STRANGER'S head off hadn't he jumped back out of the window he came through.
THE STRANGER lands on the ground hard as he winces and quickly rolls to his feet as THUGS appeared and opened fire at him, THE STRANGER firing back as he draws them away long enough for him to take off, the THUG'S quickly following as the STRANGER tosses his two guns to the side and pulls around his WINCHESTER REPEATER that was around his neck and shoulders.
THE STRANGER cocks the lever as he waits, THREE THUG'S quickly running right by him as the STRANGER fires three times rapidly, shooting each one in the back of the head as he looks to see the WOMAN barrel by him screaming, THE STRANGER running as he shoulder tackles into a horse, which knocks him off balance but also the HORSE as it freaks and bucks wildly, the MAN on top of the HORSE falling off as The STRANGER runs and kicks him across the face before he mounts the HORSE and follows pursuit.
The LEADER aims at the WOMAN with his good arm and grazes her left arm, The WOMAN screaming as she feels the HORSE buckle as the bullets were drawing closer, but as she screamed she looks back in wonder as she notices THE STRANGER barreling by the THUG'S.
THE STRANGER is riding fully erect with his leg's in the stirrups around the horse as he was perfectly picking off the THUG'S one by one from behind with his WINCHESTER REPEATER as he rode past them, the LEADER looking to see his men dropping like flies as the STRANGER was laying waste.
The LEADER taps his man as the MAN slows his horse down, which throws THE STRANGER off long enough for the LEADER to jump and grab onto the STRANGER.
The LEADER knocks the repeater rifle out of the STRANGER'S hands as The LEADER headbutts THE STRANGER which nearly causes him to fall off the horse as he grabs onto the LEADER'S COLLAR, the LEADER leaning back which balances the two out as the STRANGER smirks and punches the LEADER off of his horse, the LEADER landing on the ground hard as he tumbled, THE STRANGER watching as the last THUG was gaining on the WOMAN who had slowed a bit due to her gunshot.
The STRANGER quickly begins catching up as the MAN lines up a shot to the back of her head, THE STRANGER throwing his duster back and into the wind as he pulls out a long barreled six shot, The STRANGER taking aim as he fires, watching as the round pierces the back of the man's skull with such force that it explodes into gory red and gray chunks.
The WOMAN slows the horse as THE STRANGER stops his near her's, the WOMAN looking behind him as The LEADER was limping towards them, THE STRANGER getting off his horse as he holsters his gun and takes his duster off, the WOMAN jumping off his horse as she comes over to him.
WOMAN
This....this isn't really all that necessary...I mean you don't even know me…
THE STRANGER
Yeah, well...seemed like something to do.
The STRANGER smirks at her as he tips his hat and begins towards the LEADER, the LEADER pulling out a LARGE BLADE as the STRANGER walks bare handed.
LEADER
I'm a cut you up real good, boy!
The STRANGER throws his hat up suddenly and as he does a SIX SHOT falls out of it, THE STRANGER spinning as he catches it from behind and turning his fires two directional shots, the first hitting the LEADER in the hand holding the blade, and the second in the sternum.
The LEADER steps back and spits out blood as THE STRANGER reaches up with his free hand and catches his hat, putting it back on before he fires one more time, hitting the LEADER in the middle of the forehead before watching him fall over, dead, THE STRANGER turning to the WOMAN who only looks at him in awe.
THE STRANGER
You didn't think I was going to really fight that guy did you? That guy would have kicked my ass.
The WOMAN shakes her head as she looks at him in amazement.
WOMAN
Who are you?
The STRANGER looks about as people are beginning to open their windows and look out at the gritty scene around them, THE STRANGER tipping his hat at them as he turns to the WOMAN.
THE STRANGER
Someone who really could use a drink.
The WOMAN nods and chuckles to herself in disbelief of everything as she nods.
WOMAN
Alright then. I guess I know just the place…
