There was indeed a Blacksmith Guild in this Universe, and one of such branches could be found in Lotiy. Rean's only issue would be his ID, as anything he used before would be too risky to take out again.
Turns out it wasn't a big problem. Rean used the fact that the residents of this Universe simply didn't doubt each other at all. He went to register his ID, saying he lost his old one. The office in the city center didn't ask any questions, quickly producing for him a new temporary one for this Universe's Network.
Let's not forget. Other than those connected to the Werdlem Empire, the rest of the beings of this Universe don't have access to the Werdlem Network. It made things a lot simpler for Rean as his Werdlem Signature was not necessary.
