Unlike the Olympian Gods that only projected a part of their divine consciousness towards Mount Othrys, the God of Death Hades actually came himself. This is a legitimate way to descend to the mortal realm as he used an underworld gate. The only difference is that the God of Death Hades has come to the mortal realm as an observer and cannot do anything at all unless some laws are violated.
"Eldest, you have come." The Titan King Kronus stated with a smile.
"To think that you really did emerge from Tartarus, father. I always knew that something was up when I was observing you but to think it is actually the worst one. Still, what you did has placed the gods of death in a very dangerous state." The God of Death Hades stated.
"What do you mean what I did? I did not do anything at all. I was not the one that killed all of the people in this city and I was not the one that constructed that gate at all." The Titan King Kronus stated with a confident grin because he knows he is right.
