Chapter 945 - Chapter 5: Second Assessment

After meeting Luo Yi, Ye Lingyue finally had a familiar face on the ship.

Luo Yi also learned that Ye Lingyue came with her "younger brother."

She told Ye Lingyue that she also had a three or four-year-old brother back home. The two chatted happily and, before they knew it, the ship had sailed deep into the sea.

From dusk till dawn, and then to noon, the ship traversed the choppy sea for two whole days and nights.

During these two days and nights, the ship only provided the most limited amount of fresh water and hard-as-rock dry food.

Luckily, the disciples responsible for the transport, seeing Little Di Shen so young, gave Ye Lingyue some extra goat's milk.

The blue sea disappeared, and the water turned inky.

Luo Yi, who had experience going to sea with her father, told Ye Lingyue that the black waters indicated great depth, and that formidable sea beasts likely lived beneath.
