This type of role always seems to allow Natalie Portman, the Star Wars queen, to display an exceptional acting talent. After her stunning debut in The Professional seven years prior, she brought a similar character to even greater life seven years later. Although Matilda and Ray share many similarities, the audience doesn't make any connection between them while watching the movie; she completely brought out the theme of the film, just like the title—hard, resilient, indestructible. Such a brilliant performance is not seen in commercial films like the Star Wars Prequel, despite her diligent efforts and attempts to portray the traits of Queen Amidala.
