Ling Tianyu, with Song Lan'er, entered the Tian Luo Gate, and when they reappeared, they found themselves in a place of bone-chilling cold. Ling Tianyu was indifferent to it; the cold had little effect on him, and Song Lan'er was even more unconcerned.
"Is this an ice world?" Song Lan'er looked around and said, observing the stark contrast to the desert and wasteland outside. Besides them, there wasn't a single living creature in sight.
The ground was covered in ice layers over a hundred meters thick. Mountains, forests, even pavilions and towers, waterfalls, and rivers were frozen solid. There was even a fish that had just leaped from the river's surface, frozen mid-air with its eyes open.
A bird hatching from an egg on a tree was also frozen.
