Shen Yi Nian grabbed Lin Qiap's arm and moved to block Qin Zhan's path.
The smile on her lips widened when she noticed the unhappy look on Qin Zhan's face. "It's not like we wanted to do this," Shen Yi Nian said. "Qin Zhan, you must understand that we only wanted to make the situation livelier."
Qin Zhan chuckled. "I know." He glanced towards one of the men following him and nodded as a signal.
The man let out a cough before pulling out a few red envelopes from his pocket. He handed the envelope to Shen Yi Nian and watched as she felt the thickness.
Qin Zhan frowned when Shen Yi Nian and Lin Qiao did not make a move to step aside. "Is it not enough?"
Shen Yi Nian coughed.
The red packets that Qin Zhan had given to her and Lin Qiao were quite thick. She had not peeked into the packet, but she could already tell that Qin Zhan was very generous.
Shen Yi Nian was quite surprised that Qin Zhan had prepared so much.
