"Thank you ma'am" Aiva bowed deeply with a polite smile that radiates her beautiful face, looking as bright as ever.
"Don't mention dear, I wish you a successful and wonderful life at your new place of work." Mrs. Pinky replied, all in smiles. Though she felt reluctant to let the girl go but since she had found a job in a better big company, she had no choice than to let her. She is a nice girl that deserves nice things after all.
'Goodbye ma'am.' She said and bowed again.
'Alright, my regards to your kids.' She said and waved while Aiva bowed one last time before walking out of the restaurant.
Her face beamed with genuine joy as she aim in the direction of Arlys's house, her best friend. She stop a cab and soon appear in front of the apartment. She alighted and walked toward the entrance but before she could knock, the door flung open and three little kids sprung out, all shouting:
"Aiva!"
She spread out her arm and carried little Emma, hugging her close while Kyrin and Keiran hugged her leg.
'I'm sorry for coming back late, I promise to make it up to you.' She said while Kyrin and Keiran stepped back.
'Let's go back home riding in a car.' They suggested while all color drain off Aiva's face.
Riding back home in a car…. It's like spending money unnecessarily. This street is undeveloped and it is hard to find a cab not to talk of the amount she will have to spend. To her, riding in a car when you have two strong legs is boarding a flight to space.
'Okay… I'll try.' Seeing the kiddies now pouting their lips, she took the initiative to say, hoping that the kiddies will not be sad till the end of the day.
'Yay!' They jumped p in happiness . she sighed and turn to look at Emma that is in her arms.
'Did you mess up your diapers little Emmy?' she asked, searching for answers in the little girl's eyes.
'Obviously, you knew se can't do without doing that.' Arlys said, resting her head on the wall as she gaze at the family that was before her.
'Thanks Arlys and sorry for the stress it caused you.' Aiva said, screwing her face innocently yet babyishly.
'Whatever' Arlys rolled her eyes.
'Thank you baby, love you..' she was saying when her jealous tiny voice rang.
'little Emma is Aiva's only baby.' Emma voiced, pouting her lips.
'Yes darling. Permit my blunder, you are my only baby.' Aiva said, hanging an insincere smile on her face.
'Whatever, baby that mess up her diapers every second.' Arlys said with gritted teeth, her voice extremely low that the person next to her could only hear her mumble.
'It's late Arlys, bye.' She said, waving her hands while Arlys waved back, saying her normal goodbye quote "Go shove your baby's butt to bed". Then she closed the door.
Aiva smiled and turn back to leave while Kyrin and Keiran followed suit, each in their school uniform, holding their lunch bags and backing their backpack.

Aiva flagged down a cab but instead of it to wait, it speed off, leaving them stranded. They waited and waited till the day grow dark and darker when a black SUV pulled up in front of her and the tinted glass wined down.
Neptune Blues's gaze moved toward the lady that stood outside with three kids. He adjusted in his seat and force a polite smile to his face though that is the last thing he want to do. He just returned all the way from U.S. because of his mother's retirement but he barely remember his way home. He used Google map t save some stress but damn! This area is too local, poor service tackled him and he loose his way the more.
'Can you please, lead me to the blue's mansion?' he asked, creasing his brow slightly.
Aiva stared back without saying anything but suddenly, a thought flew into her head.
'Yes.' She replied though she had no idea of where that was.
'Oh, thank you very much. Please which way?' he asked curiously while she cleared her throat and pointed somewhere.
'You would go straight. After few minute, you would take left and then right, to the next right in the next junction, left, right, left, left then straight till the blues mansion appear before you.' She replied but Neptune only stared at her blankly, as though he is not the one she is rambling to.
'please can you make it more clearer?' he asked, brow creased.
'We would take you there.' She suggested.
'Really?' his eyes popped out as he ask, hope brewing in them.
'yes, really.'
'oh thank you so much, please get in.' he said, all in smiles while Aiva giggled happily inwardly. She pull open the back door while Keiran and Kyrin hop in. she shut the door and get into the front seat with Emma hugging her tightly while she keep giving directions.'
*Few moments later*
'You can stop here. Thanks for the ride.' she said while Neptune look around for the huge mansion but instead, he saw an odd looking shabby apartment.
Is this the blues mansion?
'Where is the Blues's mansion?' he asked as she hop down from the cab, confused. The Blues mansion is wide, huge and luxurious, why is there no sign of a big house here?'
'Kyrin, Keiran; go inside, it's cold outside.' She said wile they nodded and hurried into the Apartment.
'I'm sorry for the stress but.. you just have to drive down a bit, ask anybody that you see the way to the blues mansion, as for me, I don't know that such place existed.' She answered plainly, squeezing her face apologetically.
'What!!!' he only screamed in return, his eyes angry and confused.
'You fooled me into giving you a free ride, are you human?' he yelled, angry.
'my children have to go to school early tomorrow morning but it is already so late. If I tell you that I don't know the way, you would only drive pass me like other cars do.'
'is that enough reason to fool someone? Taking advantage of people because they are naïve?' he asked in a loud yell, his veins purple. How can she do that? He doesn't know the way but she worsened the matter.
'I'm sorr…'
'F*** you!' he yelled and restarted the ignition.
'Go fuck your mother at home.' She cursed back as his car moved, speeding away angrily.
She hissed and turned back. She had no choice after all. She can't keep standing on the road while she watch opportunity slip through her fingers.
She turned back and adjusted sleeping Emma in her arms before walking into their shabby apartment.

Neptune's furrowed brow crease more the more his car drift away from her. Such vile woman, she knew his predicament and still cheated him. And to think he is looking for a way to get her contact to thank her, so she is an asshole, a parasite and a liar. Damn him for having a poor eye sight. Beautiful but evil, a white lotus.
