*Waa Waaa Waaaaaaa.* Zack blew out through the crumpled horn before he fell onto his plane. "Ow." he muttered.
"What...was that?" Sekingar asked in confusion.
"That..." Zack began as he stood up, his body fixing itself and releasing sickening cracks until he was perfectly okay. "Was what one would call a dramatic entrance."
"And the wardrobe?" King asked.
"Oh, this? It fit the song." Zack chuckled before unzipping himself from his head to his feet, his usual attire now there as he stuffed the suit and wrecked plane into his pocket. "Okay, where are you guys?" he said as he looked at the screen. "Oh good! Nearly halfway through with this one."
"Will we be returning to the usual viewings after this one?" Jinzuren, a.k.a the Bespectacled Worker, asked.
"Yes! But before we start them, I've got a big suprise for you all!" Zack said, sounding moments away from exploding in excitement before returning to his seat. "Okay, let's go!"
"It's useless to ask the police for help. After all, they are living in that apartment where even the police can't do a thing to them." the old tailor said before looking at Saitama. "I'm sure you might've heard of it."
"Nope. What is it?" Saitama asked.
"Huh? You haven't?" the tailor asked. The scene then changed to Saitama walking down the street, a piece of paper in his hand. "Go straight along this shopping district and you'll see a sign that says 'Danger Ahead!'" the tailor's voice is heard explaining as the scene shifted, showing Saitama following a map. It then changed back to the old man drawing the same map that Saitama was using. "Turn left at the junction where you saw that sign board. Keep walking along and you will see a supermarket. Get it?"
"Yeah." Saitama nodded as the scene changed back to the present.
"That place is at the end of the narrow street alongside that supermarket." came the old tailor's voice as Saitama looked for the landmarks on the map before the scene shifted back to the old man handing Saitama the map. "Listen, don't ever go near that apartment. That apartment, now the resting den of some evil orginazation, is also know as...the House of Crime!" the tailor explained as the scene went back to the present, with Saitama looking at the apartments in question.
"So those bastards running that loan company live there, huh?" Metal Bat asked before squinting at the screen. "Wait a second. That place looks familiar."
'Just as I thought, this is the place where I live. So that is why the rental fee is so low.' Saitama thought.
"No wonder it looked familiar." Prisoner stated before looking at Saitama. "You've been living next door to all those naughty boys all this time?"
"Yeah." Saitama answered.
"Are you blind?! How could you not know this?!" Tornado snapped.
"I kept to myself and didn't speak with my neighbors." Saitama answered before looking at her. "Do you know your neighbors?"
"No, I don't." Tornado answered.
"Then don't yell at me because I don't talk to mine." Saitama said before turning towards the screen, leaving the older psychic sister to fume in anger.
"You do know what will happen if you can't repay your debt, right?" the punk with blue hair yelled to whomever was on his cellphone as he walked past Saitama.
"Hey! Do you know which unit is Niya Niya Loan located?" Saitama asked the punk.
"Huh? Need a loan?" the punk asked with a smile.
"No, it's not for that. I have business with them." Saitama answered, which annoyed the punk.
"What the-? Then look for it yourself. I'm busy right now, asshole!" the punk snapped before he walked away, phone to his ear. "Oye, didn't you hear what I just said?!"
"Are you going to fight those loan guys?" Tareo asked.
"Yeah, but it took a while. I must've knocked on every door and beaten up all the tenants before I found the right one." Saitama answered.
"Wait, what? You beat up all the other tenants? Why?" asked an executive named Gobrich.
"Because they were all bad guys." Saitama answered. "And I can't remember if I beat up everybody."
Saitama, dressed in his tracksuit, was standing before a door.
"I guess it is here since it looks really dubious." Saitama said to himself before he knocked on the door.
"Huh? Who is it?" asked the occupant, making Saitama flip out before the door opened, revealing the Landlady. "Did you come to pay the rent?" she asked, only to see nobody was there.
'That was close!' Saitama thought as the scene shows him hiding above.
"Hahaha! First door you pick and it's that old bat!" Metal Bat laughed.
"Yeah. Scared the crap out of me." Saitama said with a smile. "Really should've paid more attention to who lived where."
"Care to try for door number 2?" a random executive asked with a smirk.
'Come to think of it, I don't really know my neighbors well.' Saitama thought.
"No, really?" Sonic muttered with an eye roll.
Scene shifts to room 102.
"Niya Niya Loan, you said?" came a man's voice before it showed Saitama.
"Yeah. I heard they operate from within these apartments." Saitama explained.
"Well, not from this room." the man said before closing his door. Saitama stays for a moment before he turns and walks towards the next door. "Hey, you!" the man from before called out to him. Saitama turns to see a middle aged man standing outside his door, holding a stuffed white rabbit in his arm and dressed in women's underwear. "I don't know whom you're after, but be careful which room you visit. Not everyone staying in this apartment is as polite as me."
"O-Okay. I see." Saitama answered with a strained smile. 'Time to check the other side.'
A lot of the audience cringed at the sight of tennant.
"Why was that man wearing that?" Tareo asked in a disturbed voice.
"Quite simple. There are many sick people out there in the world." Bang answered.
"That is going to give me nightmares." King shuddered.
"I thought you said you beat everyone up." Zombieman reminded him.
"I came back later." Saitama answered.
Saitama knocks on the door to room 103, but there is no answer.
"No one's home?" he muttered as he turned to leave.
"Wait." came a voice, stopping Saitama as two men answer the door. "Who are you?" the man in the dark red clothing asked.
"I'm a tenant here." Saitama answered.
"Tenant? Of this apartment?" asked the man in yellow.
"Yeah. I live on the other side. I'm a hero for fun." Saitama explained.
"It's not a good idea to announce yourself as a hero if you're looking for criminals." Child Emperor said.
"Is that so? Work hard then." the man in red said before they closed the door, only for the two to burst out in a panic, the man in yellow falling to the ground. "Wait, did you say hero?!" the man in red yelled.
"Crap! It's bad, Big Bro! I think he realized that we're counterfeiting!" the man in yellow yelled as the scene showed their small counterfeiting station inside the room.
"Did you know what they were doing, Mr. Saitama?" Tareo asked.
"Nope. I didn't know a thing until they blabbed about it." Saitama answered.
"Tsk. Bunch of idiots." Tornado scoffed.
"Yeah, but this makes it easier for Saitama." Metal Bat said before smirking. "Kinda wish all the villains were that stupid. Make our jobs a lot easier."
"I see." the man in red said as Saitama turned to walk away. "Bastard. You want to round us up so you can get the reward, right?" the man blurted, stopping Saitama in his tracks.
"Uh oh. Something tells me he just said the wrong word." Tank-Top Master said with a smile.
"Why were you walking away if you knew they were bad guys?" Watchdog Man asked.
"I was mored focused on finding that loan company so they could return the store to the old tailor." Saitama answered.
"Reward?" Saitama said to himself before the scene flashbacked to last night.
"I don't know if you're a hero or what, but I'm sure there's a way you can make money with that." the Landlady said before the scene came back to the present.
"I see." Saitama said before turning towards them, a dangerous look in his eye and a grin on his face. "So there's a reward!" he said, startling the two brothers.
"You look like you just became the villain here." Atomic Samurai chuckled.
"Huh. Guess I do look like one here." Saitama mused.
"No doubt about it. I can see it in his eyes that he wants to catch us!" the brother in yellow squealed as Saitama approached them, his smile not faltering.
"Of course he wants to catch you. You are criminals that have broken the law." Genos stated.
"And I'm betting the reward was a big part of you being interested in catching them, right?" Bofoi asked.
"Well, yeah. After all, I could finally pay the landlady and get her off my back." Saitama answered.
"Fine....Try it, if you can!" the brother in red yelled before the both charged at Saitama. The scene changed to show the blue haired punk returning, a bag in one hand and a soda in the other.
"Huh? That guy..." he mutters before it shows Saitama dragging the two brothers, both beaten, up the stairs to the upper floors of the apartment complex.
"Looks like you won." Kick said with a smirk.
The punk watches as Saitama knocks on the door, talks to the tenant, then walks into the room.
"What?" the punk muttered before Saitama walked out of the room, the unconscious tenant being dragged by the hero for fun.
"And what was he doing?" Fubuki asked.
"I can't remember. A lot of them were doing different crimes." Saitama answered.
The punked dropped his items in shock as he stared at Saitama with a nervous look, his eye twitching.
"That guy...is kind of giving me the creeps. I've gotta warn the boss!" he yelps in a panic. The scene then changes to the boss's room, a phone ringing in the background.
"Oh, it's you. Have you bought the cararmel rolls?" comes the boss's voice before it shift's to him talking on his cellphone. "Who is that guy? Police?" he asked in a shocked tone before the scene goes back to the blue haired punk.
"No, but he beat up a bunch of our guys!" the punk answered as it shows a group of people being dragged by Saitama.
"Did you just drag them everywhere with you?" Darkshine asked.
"Yeah." was all Saitama said.
"So all those people were under that loan shark's employ?" Pig God asked.
"I guess." Saitama answered.
"What did you say?" the boss asked before there was a knock at the door, making him put his cellphone away. "I guess he's here." he says before Saitama walks into the room. "Is it you? That dangerous guy that is beating our guys up?"
"You....looked pretty screwed up to me." Saitama answered.
A few of them chuckled at Saitama's answer.
"Are you really the boss of Niya Niya Loan group?" Saitama asked.
"So what if I am?" the boss asked.
"It's about the tailor shop. I've come to ask that you return the store papers to its owner." Saitama explained, confusing the boss. "I will be in trouble if there's no one to fix my clothes."
"So you were doing all this just for your tracksuit?" Atomic Samurai asked.
"Well he was doing it for free for a while. I felt I owed him for all that too." Saitama answered.
"Don't fuck with me, kid! Do you think I'm such an idiot as to returning it to you just because you asked for it?" the boss snapped before pushing his glasses back up his nose. "I see that you're pretty confident in your strength. Do you actually think that brute force can resolve everything?"
"There's no need for that sort of thing." Saitama stated as the scene showed all the unconscious people Saitama had dragged with him outside.
"What do you mean by that?" the boss asked, making Saitama smile before the scene switched to a flashback of Saitama talking to the tailor.
"I think I pretty much get it. I'll go and talk to them about this now." Saitama said as he turned to leave.
"Do you honestly believe that someone like that would listen to reason?" Zombieman asked.
"Why not? Besides, all those other guys attacked me first. He hasn't yet, so why not try talking?" Saitama answered.
"Show of hands. Who thinks this is gonna end in a fight?" Zack asked. The majority of the room immediately stuck their hands up.
"Well....you're right." Saitama said with a sigh.
"Hey, did you hear what I just said?" the tailor asked in a panic.
"Yeah. That's why I said I'll bring back your papers. After all, I will be in trouble if your shop closes down." Saitama stated with a smile.
"Hey, that's not why I brought it up." the tailor said in anger.
"Don't worry, it's okay." Saitama said as he pulled something out of his pocket. "I know what I'm doing." he said before the scene returned to the present, with Saitama holding something up for the boss to see. The object in question is an advertisement and phone number to call if one has overpaid on a loan. "Look at this." The boss looked at it as Saitama continued to speak. "Listen. Taking into consideration on the percentage of interest that is dictated by the law, that tailor's debt has already by paid. Moreover, if it surpasses the legitimate percentage, it's called 'overpayment.' In that case, you will need to return the 'overpayment' back to the tailor shop." he explained, which made a vein of anger appear on the boss. "Besides, there's no basis in the law that says you can just take his store." Saitama continues as the boss grunts in and quivers in anger.
"Uh, Mr. Saitama? I think that man is mad." Tareo said in a nervous tone.
"Mad nothing. Guy looks like he's about to lose it." Metal Bat pointed out.
"If he does, then Saitama can simply punch him and end all of this." said Tank-Top Master.
"So please, give back the papers." Saitama says as he holds his hand out for the papers before the boss stands up from his seat.
"You beat up all of my men, just to tell me this shit?" the boss asked in a dangerous tone.
"Huh? Oh, no. That was just an accident." Saitama explained. The boss looks far more irate before the screen ripples and the boss jerks in place before smiling.
"I believe you may have pushed him over the edge." Drive Knight stated.
"Interesting, isn't it?" he said as the screen ripples a few more times. "Not bad....NOT BAD AT ALL!" he roared before his eyes bugged, his skin turned red and his clothing ripped off him. "GYUUGYUGYUGYUUUUUUU!"
Many in the audience went wide eyed in shock after what they had just witnessed. They had seen many monsters that proclaimed that they were once human. However, unlike with Marugori, they had never seen a human transform into a monster without outside help before.
"Holy crap!" Metal Bat gaped.
"He....transformed?!" Sekingar asked.
"Did....Did he....?" Tareo got out as he shook in fear.
"Yeah." Saitama said with a serious face. "He became a total pervert." he said, making quite a few of the audience slump or look at him funny.
"P-Pervert?! Did you not see what happened?!" Tornado snapped.
"Yeah. I was there that day. I saw it happened." Saitama answered.
"Mr. Saitama. I believe I speak for everyone else in the room when I say that that man had clearly transformed into a monster." Sitch spoke up.
"Really? He just looked like some weird pervert after this." Saitama said, his normal look back on his face.
The scene changes, showing the old tailor working on something at a sewing machine.
'I have a bad feeling about this. I really should've stopped him.' he thought as he remembered what happened earlier that day.
"But, they're not the kind of people who will understand these things." the tailor warned Saitama.
"Well, I'll see how things go then." Saitama answered.
"But what if something bad happens to you?" the tailor asked in worry.
"Like I said, I'll see how things go." Saitama answered with a smile. "Don't worry. Even though it's just for a hobby, I am still a hero." Saitama explained, making the tailor's eyes widen as he gasped in awe. "See ya." Saitama said as he walked away. As he did, the tailor saw Saitama's clothing change to the hero outfit that would one day be his normal hero suit.
"Looks like he moved on from that first idea he had." Atomic Samurai stated.
"Good. I don't think Saitama could pull off that other outfit." Metal Bat added.
"Let's see." Zack said before holding his hand up, a mini version of Saitama standing in it and clad in the tailor's original suit idea. "Well?" he said.
"Uh uh." Saitama said with a shake of his head after looking at it, with many others agreeing.
The scene then returns to the old tailor before he goes back to work.
'Don't do anything reckless.' he thought before the scene changes back to the Niya Niya Loan office.
"You haven't heard about it?" came a new voice as the scene switched around a few times, showing a fish's fins before showing a man in BDSM getup and whip. "Only those chosen ones like me, who take evil to a whole new level, can transform into monsters. GYUGYUGYUUU! Finally, the moment has come-gyuuh!"
The audience just stared at the monster that was once a human.
"...Okay....He turned into both a monster and a pervert." Fubuki stated after a few moments of staring.
"Why.....is he wearing that?" Tareo asked. That got a few of them wondering what to say to the child.
"Uh....wait until you're older!" Metal Bat blurted out.
Saitama simply stares at the monster before him.
"Are you speechless from fear?" the monster asked.
"I see. Is this it? This is the first time I've seen it." Saitama answered, making the monster laugh.
"There is no way you can defeat me, who has transformed into....THE SEA MONSTER, FISH OF DARKNESS!" the monster boasted.
"And there it is. The whole 'You can't defeat me' bit." Tornado said with a bored sigh. "Why do all these monsters say that just to end up dead a second later?"
"Perhaps it's merely overconfidence from their newfound strength or power." Bang suggested.
"Plus, Saitama is still in training. That monster may be quite the challenge to him as he is now." Amai Mask pointed out.
"No, that's not a transformation." Saitama denied
"Gyuu-?" the monster said in confusion.
"What are you talking about? If that wasn't him transforming into a monster, then what was it?" asked Guiches.
"You're just a pervert." Saitama stated, shocking the monster. "I learned yesterday." he said before the scene changed to the documentary Saitama watched yesterday.
"Just like this, the larva that comes out of the egg becomes a pupa until adulthood." the professor explained as it showed the stages of a beetle. "We call this..." the professor said before the scene came back to the Fish of Darkness.
"Did you say....pervert?" the monster asked.
"How did you come up with that based on a documentary?" Tank-Top Master asked.
"What? It's the same thing." Saitama answered.
"No it's not!" a lot of them yelled.
"Yes, scientifically speaking." said Saitama.
"Me? The Fish of Darkness?" the monster asked.
I can't tell if you're making him angry or hurting his feelings." said King.
"But you already looked like a pervert before this." Saitama continued. "And when a pervert gets even more perverted....You just become a true pervert.
"A true pervert?" asked a flabbergasted Fish of Darkness.
"In other words....a total pervert." Saitama proclaimed.
"I think I speak for everyone when I ask 'How did you come to that kind of answer?!'" yelled an executive.
"I'd ask how you somehow came to that conclusion, but I'm afraid the answer might keep me up at night." said Bofoi.
"So people can also become perverts as well as monsters?" Genos muttered as he wrote in his notebook.
"Not like that!" Zombieman groaned while massaging his forehead.
"Don't fuck with me-gyu! I'm a badass villain, not a pervert!" Fish of Darkness roared before he began an onslaught of fast whip attacks, forcing Saitama to go on the defensive before he managed to grab the whip with his hand. The Fish of Darkness then began to spit out eggs, which looked like ball gags, from his mouth, forcing Saitama to let go and dodge before dodging another whip attack. "Looks like you're not half bad!" the monster complimented.
"That weird fish has you on the ropes? Either you're only just beginning with your training, or that monster's stronger than he looks." Child Emperor commented.
"Same to you." Saitama commented before looking down at himself. 'I think I've reached my limit.'
"Don't give up, Mr. Saitama! Kick that monster's butt!" Tareo cheered.
"It's not for nothing that I'm an A Rank bounty." the monster boasted.
"Did he just say what I think he said?" Pig God asked.
"Rank A?" Saitama asked, his eyes glowing. The scene goes back to the Fish of Darkness, who looks at Saitama for a moment before gaining a shocked look on his face.
"Well, he's fish sticks." Tank-Top Master snickered.
"Did all of them blab about having bounties on their heads?" Fubuki asked.
"Yeah. I said I was a hero for fun, they freaked and shouted about being wanted, I punched them and went to the next room." Saitama answered.
"Bunch of idiots." Tornado grumbled.
The scene changes to show the landlady looking out of her doorway.
"What's with that look?" she asked a smiling Saitama. "Are you ready to pay up your rent?"
"I don't have money, but I can give you these guys." Saitama answered before the scene showed all the people Saitama beat up tied together with rope. "Money laundering, underwear theft, and counterfeiting. In any case, they all have high bounties." Saitama explained as the old woman gaped at the group.
"I bet she was shocked to hear that all her tenants were wanted criminals." Sonic smirked. "Well, it's her fault for letting them in."
"I have called the police already. That should be enough to pay the rent." Saitama finished.
"You probably have enough to rent the whole place out for quite a while." said an executive named Torgeva.
"You....You've done something really bad." she said as she began to tremble, confusing Saitama.
"What's wrong? Why is she shaking? Isn't she happy?" Tareo asked.
"She's probably worried that those guys might try to get revenge on her in the future." Darkshine suggested.
"Not even close." Saitama grunted.
"My main source of income." she said as the police sirens could be heard in the background before she glared up at Saitama. "If I wanted to call the police, I'd have done so already, ASSHOLE!"
The audience needed a moment to let her words sink in before it finally clicked.
"Are you telling me....that she knew they were criminals?!" Metal Bat snapped in anger.
"Yeah. She let them stay and they paid her more than the usual rental fee in return." Saitama sighed.
The scene changes to Saitama sitting under a streetlight at night, his belongings packed up in boxes.
'That old lady....really kicked me out.' Saitama thought.
"So that's why she threw you out?" Flash asked.
"Yep. She cursed me, told me to get out and went with the cops to claim the reward."
Saitama said.
"Unforgivable." Genos quietly seethed with fury, his eyes glowing yellow. "How dare that old woman treat Master Saitama like this!"
"Calm yourself, Genos." Amai Mask said in a calm voice, his reddening eyes saying he was just as pissed. "When this is over, I'll pay her a visit and teach her the consequences for harboring evil."
"I'd actually be glad to join you, but my sister would never let me hear the end of it if she found out I went after an old lady." Metal Bat grumbled.
"If she still lives there. She may have sold the place and moved somewhere else." Drive Knight stated.
The old tailor then appears and gains Saitama's attention.
"I'm glad you're well, Saitama-kun." the tailor said before the scene changed to what looked like a kitchen area of sorts, a drink being poured into a glass. "I see. Well, I'm sorry for that."
"Oh, don't worry about it. I don't really want to stay in that kind of apartment." Saitama answered as the tailor put the drink before Saitama.
"With neighbors and a landlady like that, who would?" King asked.
"Where are you now? That old man's house?" Tareo asked.
"Yeah. He put me up for the night after I got kicked out." Saitama answered, a smile on his face as he looked at the screen. "I really owe that old guy a lot."
"What will you do now?" the tailor asked.
"Well, for starters I have to find a new place to stay." Saitama answered.
"This is what I have heard about. At the border of City Z is a 'Ghost Town' without any residents since the security there is really bad. All the residents there ran away from that place. It is said that all the necessity needed for living are all left functional." the tailor explained.
"So he not only fixed your suit for free and let you stay for a night, but he also pointed you towards your current home?" Fubuki asked.
"Yeah. And he also gave me my outfit." Saitama said as he held up his cape.
"I see. That's a good thing." Saitama answered.
"Guess you either didn't care that there could be monsters there, or you were oblivious to that fact." said Flash.
"Saitama-kun! Thank you for protecting the store." the tailor said in gratitude.
"Yeah, you can count on me." Saitama boasted before he started drinking.
"I'm still closing the store." the old man said, making Saitama spit and sputter his drink.
"But why? Mr. Saitama got his store back for him!" Tareo whined in confusion.
"I guess it is about time for me to retire due to old age." the tailor explained as he looked down at his store's papers.
"I see." Saitama said as he wiped his mouth. "In that case, it can't be helped."
"I thought you'd be rather upset after going through all that work just for that tailor to close up shop in the end." Prisoner said as he looked at Saitama.
"I was a little, but it was his choice to close shop." Saitama said with a shrug.
"I know it won't change much." the tailor said before presenting Saitama a folded yellow suit.
"Is that your suit, Mr. Saitama?" Tareo asked with a smile.
"That's it, alright." Saitama nodded.
"Of course, you don't have to wear it if you don't want to. But, I just want you to have this." the tailor said as he handed Saitama the suit.
"This is..."
"I have finally completed the most satisfying work of mine. Now that I think about it, I was looking for a reason to retire anyway." the tailor said as he removed his wig. Saitama stared for a second before unfurling the suit and looking at it. "This is my final piece of work. A masterpiece of mine." he declared as Saitama smiled at the gift. The scene then changes to close ups of Saitama as he dons his new hero suit. "I can already see a real hero in you. You inspired me to make this suit." came the tailor's voice as it shows Saitama looking at himself in the mirror before the scene shows Saitama's current residence.
"Won't this make me look like a pervert?" Saitama asked himself.
"You don't look like a pervert, Mr. Saitama." said Tareo.
"You didn't like it or something?" Darkshine asked.
"It felt a little embarrasing at first, but I grew to like it." Saitama answered.
"Hmm." Fubuki hummed in thought. "It may just be me, but you having hair kind of throws off your suit."
"It's probably because we've gotten used to him as he is now. Hairless." Tank-Top Master said.
"You think so?" Saitama asked before rubbing his head. "Well, either way, I still miss my hair."
The scene suddenly changes to show present day Saitama and Genos sitting on the ledge of a building, each of them eating from their own bento boxes.
"Wait, what's going on here? Where'd Genos come from?" Metal Bat asked.
"And that was how it came to be." Saitama finished before it showed flashbacks of Saitama fighting while wearing his blue tracksuit over his hero outfit. "For a while I was embarrased to wear it, so I wore my tracksuit over it." he said before the scene came back to the present. "But eventually I got used to it. Anyway, it's something important to me." he continued before noticing a spot on his pants.
"Hmhmhm. I see what's happening. Saitama was telling a story about the origin of your suit to his disciple, Genos. That's what we just watched." Bang chuckled.
"Yeah. Felt like throwing this in for you guys while I was busy." Zack explained.
"You did say you had a surprise for us once this current viewing was over, correct?" Flash reminded him.
"That's right. Just wait a little longer." Zack said with a grin.
Genos looks down at the spot before gasping while Saitama tries to clean the spot with a handkerchief.
"I see! In short, you are troubled because you wanted to discard this hero suit that is stained with the soy sauce but you can't since this hero suit brings back memories, right?" Genos surmised, causing Saitama to look at him.
"What?" the bald hero asked in confusion.
"I'm with Saitama. What?" Atomic Samurai asked.
"However, Sensei, I think it's about time you changed this suit." Genos suggested, making Saitama stare at him. "If so, I'd like to give one to you as a present, Sensei."
"I don't want it! Seriously, were you even listening to me?" Saitama yelled as the scened faded after showing a rhinoceros beetle on a tree.
"How did you get Saitama wanting to change suits after listening to that story?" Prisoner asked as the lights turned back on.
"Is that not what you were getting at, Master Saitama?" Genos asked.
"NO!" Saitama snapped. "I like this suit!"
"Alright, enough!" Tornado yelled before looking at Zack. "Are we going to watch more of this or not? And what's this surprise that you're dying to show us?"
"Glad you asked." Zack said before making a small replica of the theater they were in appear on the screen. "It started when I had to move this theater after that cat jerk started acting up again." he began he made the theater move through a small area of stars and galaxies. "I had to move the whole place to an area that the mouse eating fuzzface couldn't bother us." The theater stops in a new spot, with a little Zack appearing and waving before a random figure appeared. "Problem is, I moved us into another cosmic being's jurisdiction. They were not happy." he said as the other figure got a frowny face as the Zack on the screen starting talking. "While you guys were watching these last few bits, I was explaining the situation about why we were here. They laughed and we started talking about how we keep doing this. I then explained how that cosmic hairball was bothering me and asked if we could stay." he continued before the screen went blank. "They said yes!.....On two conditions."
"What conditions?" Drive Knight asked.
"Condition 1!" Zack said before pulling a TV camera out and began filming the audience. "They want me to record your reactions for them to watch on their break in the future. I've already got everything up to now recorded and will be recording the rest for them. Hope you all don't mind."
"If all it's doing is giving another cosmic being a laugh, I don't think it's asking too much." Sitch said. "But what was the other condition?"
"Give you a hint." Zack said before he snapped his fingers, causing a massive amount of chairs to appear in the room.
"Judging from the empty seats, I believe that we're going to be having more people from our world coming to watch these events. Correct?" Bofoi guessed.
"Yes!" Zack yelled before laughing. "Oh, this is going to be great! You know, I actually wanted to bring a lot more of you here at the beginning, but doing so would've caused a bigger disturbance that the cat in spats would've picked up on. That's why I settled for just you guys here so as to avoid them sensing this. Shame. But now that we're here, I can bring in all those that I wanted to earlier as well!"
"So who are you bringing?" Saitama asked.
"I'm afraid that you're not asking the right question. The right question is: Who am I not bringing?" Zack said before pointing at the walls. Everyone looked to see the walls thinning a little, allowing them to see masses of silhouettes rapidly moving about. "Beyond these walls are two groups of individuals that I brought when I returned earlier. At this moment, they are all watching all that you've watched up to now, but the areas they are in are in flow of time that is being sped up to catch up to all of us. They should be finished...." Zack said before looking at his pocketwatch. "....now." he said before the figures all suddenly slowed down to regular timing. He put his watch away and walked over to the wall to everyone's right before opening a small hole. "They ready?"
"And waiting." another Zack answered from the other side. The first Zack smiled before zipping to the other wall and opening a small hole.
"Ready?"
"Yeah, and either scared or angry at the whole thing." a third Zack answered.
"Tell them to suck it up." the first Zack laughed before teleporting to in front of the screen. "Alright!" he said before zapping the right wall. "Let's meet the first group!" he declared as the wall vanished, showing tons of people sitting in similar theater seats.
The vast majority of the group consisted of every other hero that wasn't brought in the first time. The rest consisted of individuals or smaller groups that were recognizable to the original occupants. Some were single individuals like Dr. Kuseno, Narinki, his son Waganma, Agoni and his grandson. Others were groups such as The Council of Swordmasters, Superalloy Darkshine's ardent fans, fighters from the upcoming Super Fight, Narinki's Private Squad (which may not have formed yet) and many others.
Needless to say, there was a lot of them.
"WHOA! SO MANY HEROES!" Tareo exclaimed.
"Holy crap! That's a lot of people!" Metal Bat said with wide eyes before spying a familiar face in the crowd. "Zenko?!"
"Big brother!" called out his little sister as she ran to him. The two hugged while most of the original occupants began to meet with all the new arrivals.
Fubuki was talking to her Blizzard Group, Tank-Top Master with his Tank-Top Army, Atomic Samurai with his disciples and fellow Swordmasters, Genos with Kuseno, Bang with Bomb and many others began to group up and chat, their various conversations mingling a little here and there.
"So you say that everything around you froze before you heard a voice in your head telling you that you would be coming here?" Bang asked his brother.
"Indeed. I asked who this voice was and they simply laughed before I was teleported here with all these other people." Bomb answered.
"That weird guy, Zack, told us he was a cosmic entity or whatever and said we were going to watch our world." Eyelashes explained to Fubuki. "Miss Fubuki, are we dreaming or something?"
"I don't believe we are. I know it all sounds strange, but it all feels too real." Fubuki answered.
"Quite a few of those who had been brought her demanded to be returned, but that Zack character said that he would allow those who defeated him to leave." Zanbai said to Atomic Samurai.
"I was one of those who tried to attack him. My sword was halfway out of it's sheathe before I felt an enormous pressure coming from him." Haragiri admitted with a frown.
"And what happened to the others that tried?" Atomic Samurai asked.
"They were....obliterated, then put back together multiple times for a few seconds." Bushidrill answered in a grim and slightly disturbed tone.
"Not a fun experience." Haragiri admitted. "Still, it paled in comparison to what watching that fight between that cyborg and bald man."
"Speaking of Saitama, where is he? Is he here?" Agoni said to the Hero Association Executives that were already there.
"He's right over there." Sekingar said while pointing at the bald hero that was being surrounded by a few other people, including Agoni's grandson.
"Is it really true that you got that strong from just a simple workout?" asked Captain Mizuki.
"Yeah. I know everyone keeps saying it's impossible, but it's all I did." Saitama answered. "You want to try it?"
"As tempting as being that strong is, I'll pass." she said as she gently fondled my hair. "I like my hair as it is. On my head."
"Yeah. The ladies probably wouldn't even look at me if I was bald." said the martial artist, Suiryu, before he sighed. "But man, seeing your fights from the screen? Seeing what you did to that huge wall of rock without even touching it? I thought I was strong before seeing that."
"Cheer up, bro. You may not have Saitama's level of strength, but you're no weakling." his sister, Suiko, said to try and comfort him.
"Hey, Mr. Saitama?" Agoni's grandchild spoke up. "I'm mad that you were going to leave me at first because you thought I was weird looking, but....thanks for saving me." he said with a smile.
"Sure. Sorry about that comment." Saitama
"Pardon me." Agoni said from behind the group, making them look at him. "You're the hero for fun called Saitama, correct?"
"Yeah, that's me." Saitama answered.
"I see." Agoni said with a stoic expression before suddenly laughing and shaking Saitama's hand. "It's nice to finally meet the man who saved my grandson! Your selfless action not only saved my grandson, but also gave me the idea to found the Hero Association!"
"Oh. Uh, you're welcome." was all Saitama said.
"I have something to discuss with you later, but I need to take care of something first." Agoni said before he stopped shaking Saitama's hand and looked at the executives.
"Y-Yes?" one of them stuttered out nervously, hoping the founder of the Hero Association wasn't angry.
Good news? Agoni wasn't angry.
Bad news? Agoni was livid!
"Who's bright idea was it to put someone as unimaginably powerful as Saitama all the way at the bottom of Class-C?!" he roared, causing the rest of the room to look at Agoni's angry face. "I have nothing against any hero of any class, but I'm absolutely flabbergasted-no, appalled-no, outraged that you would put him so low on the Hero Registry, even with his bad written test results!"
"W-W-Well, Mr. Agonis, sir, th-the truth is-" an executive stuttered out before Agoni raised his hand to silence them. He then stuck three fingers up before counting on them.
"Not all of your are incompetent, the Hero Association would cease to function, and these events haven't happened yet. Do you know what I just listed off?" Agoni asked. "Those were the three reasons why I'm not firing the lot of you!" he snapped, terrifying many of the executives and shocking a lot of the people around him as he got himself under control. "I only hope that you all learn from any mistakes you've made, and any you'll make later, from these viewings. For your sakes!" he finished ominously.
"Y-Yes sir!" the executives said.
"Excuse me, Mr. Agoni?" Zack 1 spoke up. "Hate to bother you while you're ripping these people a new one, but I have a whole other group to introduce."
"Very well." Agoni said before turning towards Saitama. "We'll save our discussion for later." he said with a smile.
"Sure. Okay." Saitama answered.
"Great!" Zack 2 said before turning towards Saitama. "Do me a favor? Don't move."
"Huh?" Saitama said in confusion.
"Everyone! Can I have your attention please?" Zack 1 yelled, making them look at him. "Good. Before I reveal the other group to you all, I need you all to try and curb your heroic instincts." he said before both Zacks started chuckling. "Aw, who am I kidding? You guys are gonna flip no matter what!"
"Why? Who's on the other side?" an executive named Exma asked.
"Why, the reason the Hero Association was made, of course!" both Zacks answered before snapping their fingers, making the wall fade to show Zack 3 standing before a massive gathering of-
"MONSTERS!?" a lot of them shouted.
"HEROES?!" the monsters shouted back.
"GET/KILL THEM!" both sides yelled before they all leapt from their seats towards each other, only for most of them to suddenly smack into an invisible force separating the two groups.
"Ow! What the heck?!" Metal Bat yelled as he and many others all complained and rubbed whatever body part hit something. They turned to see all three Zacks laughing their asses of before merging into one Zack, who was howling with laughter.
"That was awesome! You all were all like 'GET THEM' and they were all like 'KILL THEM' and then you all jumped and 'SPLAT' against the window!" Zack laughed as he tapped on the force field separating them all. "Your faces were priceless!" he said as he made snapshots of various heroes and monsters smacking into the force field appear.
"And you didn't think to warn us why?!" yelled the Class A hero Stinger.
"I said to curb your instincts." Zack reminded them.
"Why did you bring monsters here?!" Sitch demanded.
"Why not?" Zack shrugged. "It's not like I brought them here to run amok. Besides, it's not just monsters I brought here to watch. I brought along others that are classified as enemies to the Hero Association."
"He's right." Zombieman said as he glared at Genus and his creations from the House of Evolution. "I see quite a few troublemakers that are wanted by the Hero Association."
"Same here." Darkshine said as he glared at Marugori and Fukegao, the Brain and Brawn Brothers. "You mind if I have a word with those two before we start the next viewing?"
"Actually, I'd like to request a bit of time before the next viewing as well." said Gyoro Gyoro. "That would give both humans and monsters time to adjust and get used to our settings. Otherwise, I believe both sides will simply keep trying to attack each other in the future."
"Good point. Alright then! We'll take a little break for you all to chat, exchange thoughts, find new seats, bathroom breaks and blah blah blah etcetera." Zack drawled at the end.
"Now hold on!" Narinki suddenly spoke up. "While what we have watched has been informative, and you have been providing ample service, I absolutely protest to the thought of being anywhere near those filthy creatures, even with that barrier keeping them at bay! I demand that you remove them from this immediately!"
Zack stared at him, then smiled as he began floating towards him.
"Mr. Narinki, there are four reasons as to why I'm not going to do that." he said as he stopped and hovered above him. "One: Having them here was a condition my friend asked for to see their reactions as well. 2. That barrier can't be broken by anyone in this room aside from me....and possibly Saitama, but I'd rather not risk that. 3. Even without that barrier, the monsters are of no threat." He held a hand up as an object flew out of the monster's side of the room and landed in his hand. "And any that act up learn that the hard way. Just ask Elder Centipede." he said as he showed the object, a jar, with a miniature Elder Centipede crawling around and smacking it's head against the glass a few times.
"Let me out of here! Let me out!" it yelled, it's voice sounding squeaky due to it's size.
"Elder Centipede? A monster that's Threat Level Dragon?" Busho asked.
"The same Elder Centipede that was almost killed by Blast two years ago?" Jinzuren asked.
"Yep. And he's gonna be spending the rest of the viewing in this jar since he couldn't play nice." Zack chuckled as he sent the jar back. "Where was I? Monsters here. Barrier. Elder Centipede-Oh yeah! Reason number 4."
Suddenly, everyone in the room felt an immense pressure push down on them on a physical, mental and spiritual level. Saitama, being as he was, was unaffected.
"I'm going to explain this to you one time, and it goes for everyone else in this room. You do not demand anything from me. You will sit down. You will watch the future. You will not tell me to remove anyone from this room, human or monster, and you will like it. Am I understood?!"
"Y-Yes! Y-Yes! I understand!" Narinki yelled in terror.
"Good!" Zack said with a smile, the pressure disappearing.
"I do believe that angering our host in the future would be a rather careless action. Perhaps we should do as he says and try to tolerate each other's presence, at least for the time being." said Gums.
".....Would you please turn him back to normal?" Black Sperm asked. "Giving him eyes to watch the show was one thing, but that high IQ you gave him is really starting to annoy me."
"I like him this way. Deal with it." Zack answered before pulling out his pocketwatch. "Break for 30 minutes, then we resume." he said before disappearing, then reappearing next to a blue haired woman.
"You're sure they can't see me?" Psykos asked.
"Yeah. Well, maybe Saitama, but I doubt he cares enough to ask who you are." Zack answered.
"It's unbelievable." Psykos said as she looked at the room before spotting Orochi, her greatest creation, now the size of when she met him as a human. "A being having powers like yours bringing us here to....have a laugh at us watching the future."
"Seen weirder." Zack said with a laugh. "Anyway, if you even want to be with everyone else, just ask. Ciao!" Zack said with a wave before disappearing, leaving her to watch as the rest of the room moved around and talked with each other. Her gaze would drift back to Saitama a few times as she tried to comprehend his existence.
"You...or Orochi. Who will come out on top?" she asked herself.
