Jasmine Yale lazily got out of bed and glanced at her phone; Mr. Cheney's mentor had called her.
She called him back.
"Jasmine, Little Chale didn't see you after coming back from school. He cried all night."
"Did he cry?"
"Yes, he cried very sadly. Butler Santana coaxed him for a long time, and he only fell asleep when he was tired. But don't worry, it's fine, children are like this."
"I feel quite guilty towards him," Jasmine Yale said remorsefully.
