The well-sated emperor finally began to reflect on whether he had gone too far, letting her sleep until now.
By evening, Xia Weibao was still not awake, and Lu Hualiang was getting a bit anxious.
Should he call the imperial doctor?
But he was afraid that once the doctor came, and for this reason, the first thing she'd do upon waking would probably be to twist his head off and kick it like a ball.
Fortunately, she finally woke up when it was getting dark.
Opening her eyes, she found herself lying in someone's arms, the surroundings dimly lit, and she blinked in confusion.
After sleeping the whole day, she felt weak all over.
She wanted to turn over, but... hissing...
What a sharp pain!
Xia Weibao finally regained her senses, and last night's messy memories flooded back into her mind. Her first reaction was, Lu Hualiang, I'm going to kill you!!!!
Her second reaction was, it hurts so much, I can't move, better just play dead for a while.
