The moon rests on the willow's tip, Her Majesty the Empress wants to cry.
She wished she had said she was tired so she could sleep early, boo hoo.
Undoubtedly, she slept like a log again the following day.
Lu Hualiang got up on his own to dress for the morning court.
Wang Cai stood guard nearby, anxiously stomping his foot, constantly glancing in the direction of the dragon bed, wondering why Her Majesty slept so deeply and never got up to assist His Majesty in dressing.
Being this clueless about protocol, what if His Majesty gets angry?
Her Majesty was never this lazy before.
Before leaving, Lu Hualiang lifted the curtain to look at the softly sleeping woman, his slender fingers gently stroking her side neck.
The marks from before have not faded and new ones have come, need to go lighter next time.
Kissing her face, "I'm off to court first, rest well."
Straightening her clothes before leaving reluctantly.
