In a Godly domain a soul was awaiting judgment. The soul was reviewing its life and felt it was neither a good Samaritan nor an evil mind after all it may not have had a normal moral understanding of the world and even have killed some people but it only did what it could to survive and to sate its hunger for knowledge after all what else was there to do when one has an eidetic memory. It's then that the soul heard a voice.
ROB: "I have decided you shall be reincarnated."
Soul: "Who are you and why me?"
ROB: "Who i am is not relevant for you and i have chosen you that is all the reason you need."
Soul: "When, where and how am I going to be reincarnated?"
ROB: "You can choose where, when and how you want to be reincarnated and even going to add 3 wishes for you."
Soul: "So what are the rules for this, do I have to do certain things for you or are there wishes I can't make etc...?"
ROB: "You can choose any world you know or can even ask me to create a world with certain parameters per example I can fuse several worlds if you want or I can create a cultivation world. If you want to you can even decide to hop from world to world. As for wishes that you cannot make there are few but you can't wish for a system or for a power you get without training to achieve it. Also where when and how you reincarnate don't have to be part of your wishes."
Soul:" Then i want to be able to move worlds with the restrictions that I can't use abilities from worlds where I have not reached the apex of power in worlds where such power do not exist so every power or ability that can also exist in a world I move to is not restricted even if i haven't reached the apex of power there. I want to be able to reincarnate in a new world after having reached the apex in the preceding world in case I want to change status. I want to be reborn with the body of raizen from yu yu Hakusho without the need to eat Humans but with superior strength and energy to the norm of the world i reincarnate in plus the ability to grow stronger with the appearance of the tattoos from raizens bloodline that signalizes his battle mode. Also I would like you to fill the missing knowledge in my mind. With that i mean per example i researched all steps to using the six powers from one piece but since the author has not explained it so that I could learn it if i where to reincarnate in the one piece world i would like you to fill this knowledge gap in my memories for all those kind of questions."
ROB: "I don't get what you want to do with the world hop and reincarnation but granted now for your wishes."
Soul: "For my first wish i want a superior advanced the gamer ability that entails: gamers body, gamers mind, ID create and ID escape, an unlimited inventory that can also be used in a similar way to the gate of Babylon with the items i store inside the inventory and the leveling system from omni genius where gaining levels in a subcategory of a skill also enhances the main skill and the main skill enhances the subcategories like per example i have a lv 3 cooking skill and then i learn to make ramen so my ramen cooking skill will automatically be 3 and if my ramen cooking skill lv is 5 and my meat bum making lv is 6 my cooking level will be upgraded to lv 5 and so on. For my second wish i want unlimited creation works in short the ability to create anything i want with the restrictions of not being able to create items abilities or powers above the league of the world i am in if i have not reached the apex of the world the item skill or power comes from per example if i am in the hunter-x-hunter world i will not be able to create devil fruits but will be able to create gold or kairoseki or not being able to make dragon balls but being able to make gravity machines and the like without having reached the apex of power in one piece and dragon ball. As third wish I want the ability of shin Uchiha to be able to transplant organs and bloodlines without rejection but enhanced so that my DNA or blood etc.. Can not reproduce that ability if not in touch with my soul as well as flawless fusion of bloodlines or organs if several are transplanted per example should i have transplanted a byakugan and then transplant a sharingan both eye abilities will fuse together creating a new Eye. Last but not least all transplantated or naturally possessed organs or bloodlines will be pure per example i transplant the Uchiha bloodline in myself than i will not be plagued with the curse of hatred but will still need the transplantation of another sharingan to achieve ems and will not have the otsuki bloodline."
ROB:" Granted. Now in which world do you want to start in, which point in time and what status do you want to have?"
Soul:" I want to start in the Naruto world in the same generation as the sannin and hiruko so that I can take part in all shinobi wars if i survive that long. I will be born as an experiment in which Senju and Uzumaki DNA is inserted into the fetus of an Uchiha couple where the father and mother are already dead but the fetus was saved and experimented upon in the hope of creating an uchiha with senju and uzumaki bloodline abilities. I will be born blind and without chakra affinity in exchange i will be able to use even kekkei genkai if i master all needed elements and their fusion but will be thrown out of the Uchiha clan without them finding out that i can achieve all affinities. I will then be picked up by a young danzo who will hope that i or my DNA will be useful to start his powerbase, while he will give up this possibility he will still take care of me to impress Hashirama and Tobirama."
