When business isn't involved, everyone is good brothers; when business comes up, even good brothers have to take a backseat to business. After countless attempts, Morgan finally instilled this concept in Gao Yang.
If it were before, Gao Yang might have just waved his hand and lent Nate the money, without worrying about what would happen if it couldn't be paid back. But now, at least the business has to be settled properly; even if Nate's money doesn't come through, Gao Yang won't suffer any loss and might even make a profit.
Anyway, even if Gao Yang generously lent the money to Nate, he shouldn't expect Nate to say a good word about him. More likely, Nate would call him an idiot behind his back.
