Pavlovich sat down on the ground, looking like he was dead. Gao Yang didn't have time to care for him because the room was filled with dead or dying people. So now, he had to see who was actually alive, who was dead, who could still be saved, and who was beyond help.
Right next to Gao Yang was Jansen, lying prone. He crouched down to take a look. There was a bullet hole in Jansen's helmet, with blood and white fluid oozing from it.
Gao Yang removed Jansen's helmet and saw there was a bullet hole on Jansen's head, entering from the side and exiting from the front. It hadn't blown off the top of his skull, nor was it an entry hole that's small and exit hole that's large. It was just two nearly identical bullet holes.
Brain matter was spilling out. Gao Yang sighed and shouted, "Fat Cat! Are you f**king dead? Report the situation!"
Gao Yang's shout was angered. His heart wasn't shaken, just a fire inside him that burned with discomfort.
