After posing as a real estate agent and touring around Cap Ferrat for over four hours with a family, Yake finally called.
"I looked at several houses. There's a villa that's quite suitable, number B12. It's the nearest building to Djo's villa, three stories high. From the rooftop, you can see the second floor of Djo's house and the swimming pool. This villa is still vacant, and the owner rarely stays there after buying it, so they're willing to rent it out. The rental terms are quite flexible. Short-term rent for a month is 32,000 Euros, while renting for an entire year would cost 300,000 Euros."
Upon receiving Yake's call, Gao Yang immediately said, "Great, rent it right away. Are you going to rent it, or should I?"
