The Darkwing Dragon had just torn apart a Flame Giant Bird. With a leap, it pounced and ferociously bit the neck of a Flame Scorpion Lion. The scorpion lion, with wings on its back and black scales covering its body, was considered a powerful entity among Seventh-Order flying mounts. Yet, in the overwhelming majesty of the Darkwing Dragon, it seemed as insignificant as an ant.
The Flame Scorpion Lion let out a mournful cry as its neck was bitten, then struck the Darkwing Dragon fiercely with its tail.
A wound appeared on the back of the Darkwing Dragon. Although the Flame Scorpion Lion's attack caused some damage, it was negligible.
