Black Pupil retreated, his heart still pounding wildly. He hadn't expected to be detected from about a hundred yards away. This level of awareness was enough to make all the Great Thieves spit blood. When Nie Yan's Eye of Truth caught him, he thought it was over and bolted five or six hundred yards, only to find Nie Yan hadn't chased after him.
