Below, the organizations like Blue Windchime and Blood Fiend are recruiting new members. Besides these famous groups, there are also dozens of small groups scattered around recruiting as well.
Blue Windchime's recruitment requirement is simple: membership in Asskickers United. If you're not part of Asskickers United, don't bother. If you want to join Blue Windchime, you'll need to join Asskickers United first and become one of their members.
Blood Fiend's recruitment rules are a bit more unique. They only recruit Great Thieves. Out of their twenty-something members, if any thief can defeat one of their members, they can join Blood Fiend. Blood Fiend previously faced off with Nie Yan and almost managed to take him out. For those unable to join Blue Windchime, joining Blood Fiend wouldn't be a bad alternative.
The other dozens of organizations, large and small, also managed to recruit quite a few members.
