This kind of training was also a passive body refinement method for Abyssal Creatures and was often applied by the Academy of Tenacity with very effective results.

Suddenly, the Colorful Rooster walking behind Green clucked, causing Green to pause and turn around, only to see that the rooster had disappeared from the sandy ground behind him.
