The beam pierced through the clouds, descending upon the earth, followed by a violent explosion, destruction... sweeping everything away.

Though it was called a wound, it was merely a slight white scratch.
The Ghost Baby was momentarily startled, only to see the Gaia it had ambushed weirdly turning its head directly—at a non-human angle—180 degrees!
