Chapter 117 - Chapter 117: The Universe's Number One Female Form (BONUS)

Chapter 117: The Universe's Number One Female Form

Bloe left.

He departed with a heart full of joy, fully convinced that he still had a fighting chance. This left the rest of the group completely speechless. Even the old butler could see that the youth didn't stand a ghost of a chance, but the man himself possessed absolutely zero self-awareness on the matter, choosing to believe that Shiro's initial rejection was simply due to his own sudden timing.

It was a glaring, textbook case of wishful thinking–vividly illustrating one of the three great delusions of human life: *Does she actually like me?*

Everyone figured their peaceful, slow-paced routine would smoothly resume, but not long after Bloe's departure, Shirazawa's brows knitted slightly together.

"What's wrong?" Shiro asked, noticing his expression.

"Ms. Oka has been captured."

"Huh?" Shiro blinked in surprise. "How did that happen?"

Having finally untangled her chaotic thoughts, Shiro suddenly remembered her old teacher's existence. Although she didn't retain any explicit physical memories from her time as a regular spider, she knew from Hiiro Wakaba's perspective that if the teacher hadn't desperately tried to intervene back then, her tiny spider self would have likely perished on the spot. Therefore, to a certain degree, the teacher was effectively the savior who had preserved her life.

"A massive horde of bandits has massed along the imperial border route leading toward the Elf Village. Lacking the old elf's protection, the teacher–who is currently only three or four years old–was completely snatched away by them."

Shirazawa shook his head, his gaze turning remarkably deep. "This is a bit problematic..."

He wasn't referring to the danger threatening the teacher, but rather the fact that two specific reincarnations happened to be embedded within that particular bandit group. Fortunately, he had maintained a high degree of caution, dispatching a tiny scout spider to closely monitor the situation; otherwise, something catastrophic might have slipped through the cracks. Then again, it wasn't a world-ending crisis–at worst, it just meant the old elf would get to harvest two more reincarnations a bit ahead of schedule.

Listening to Shirazawa's detailed breakdown, Shiro felt an inexplicable wave of white-hot fury surge through her chest.

Knowing full well that the elf race was the ultimate cancer responsible for the world's impending destruction, D had still deliberately arranged for their teacher to reincarnate straight into the core of the elf tribe. This was a calculated blueprint designed to force the teacher to stand in direct opposition to absolutely everyone. The entire arrangement was unmistakably D's handiwork, and it was thoroughly sickening.

*Shua!*

She bolted upright, rolling up her sleeves as she prepared to sprint right out of the room.

"Where on earth are you going?" Shirazawa asked. He figured her aggressive momentum meant she was gearing up to rescue the teacher herself, but to his surprise, she vanished from the spot in a blurred instant, leaving a single line echoing in the air:

"I'll leave the teacher's situation squarely in your hands. I'm going to find a certain someone to settle a massive score!"

"Well..." Shirazawa shrugged, a helpless sigh escaping his lips. "Ah well~ Looks like our lazy slacker routine has officially come to an end~"

*Swish!* Shirazawa vanished from the spot right after her.

Their sudden, rapid-fire departures left Sophia so thoroughly enraged that she violently crushed the calligraphy pen right in her hand, snapping the wood into splinters.

*They actually excluded me from something this incredibly entertaining!*

*Damn it all!*

*Is possessing spatial magic really that big of a flex?!*

*Just you wait, you bastards! Sooner or later, I'm going to–!*

Riel and Sael silently navigated themselves far away from the massive wall of dark, vengeful resentment radiating from the bitter young lady. Exchanging a series of frantic, wide-eyed glances, they silently agreed that the brat was far too terrifying to approach right now.

Meanwhile, back on Earth, inside the two-story suburban house.

*Bam!*

The front door was violently kicked open as Shiro stormed across the threshold with a freezing, mask-like expression. Inside the living room, D was currently focusing every ounce of her attention on a PC game, while a cat-eared girl lay sprawled lazily across the sofa, structural boredom leaking from her posture as she aimlessly scrolled through her smartphone.

"Shiro?!"

Hearing the violent breach of the doorway, Maid-chan snapped her head up in absolute astonishment. The moment she recognized the intruder, she excitedly lunged forward, intending to throw her arms around her.

"I'm not here for you." Shiro placed a flat palm firmly against the maid's forehead, casually shoving her out of the trajectory.

Moving past her, Shiro locked her eyes onto the young girl seated at the computer desk, who was completely engrossed in her game controls and showing zero signs of acknowledging her presence.

"I want to file a formal complaint!" Shiro ground her teeth, her entire demeanor screaming absolute murder.

D didn't even bother to lift her chin, her fingers continuing to dance across the controller as she offered a flat response. "Could you turn down the volume? Your noise is actively disrupting my gaming session."

"You–!"

Shiro felt a sudden surge of blood pressure that nearly left her coughing crimson. Her chest heaved violently as her eyes blazed with pure fire. Finally unable to contain her rage, she executed a high-flying kick straight toward her.

Anticipating the trajectory with absolute perfection, D subtly shifted her torso aside, cleanly dodging the foot before rapidly creating distance to continue her game.

Failing to regulate her raw physical output, Shiro's foot plunged clean through the living room wall, smashing a massive hole into the drywall and trapping her porcelain-white leg inside. The entire scene instantly turned remarkably comical, plunging the room into an incredibly awkward silence.

Shiro's face flushed a deep crimson. Overwhelmed with pure humiliation, she violently wrenched her leg free from the structure, lunged forward, and snagged D firmly by the collar of her shirt, lifting her straight into mid-air.

"You are going to thoroughly experience the absolute zenith of my wrath!" Shiro growled, raising a heavy fist to deliver a brutal strike. It was glaringly obvious that she was genuinely, deeply enraged this time.

However, the very next millisecond–

*Riiip–!*

The fabric of the shirt proved to be of exceptionally poor quality, entirely incapable of supporting her suspended weight under the sudden force. The collar tore completely open.

"..."

Shiro froze, staring blankly down at the torn scrap of fabric clutched within her fist. *Uh... why did a wardrobe malfunction just manifest out of absolutely nowhere?*

She stiffly lowered her gaze, only to find D elegantly lounging back against the chair. The god remained completely unfazed, her face displaying a total absence of any emotional fluctuation whatsoever. As expected of an Evil God; she maintained an absolute calm even while delivering fanservice.

*No, no, no, what on earth am I thinking!* Shiro mentally shook herself. *Is this woman incapable of experiencing shame? Is she even biologically female?!*

An endless stream of chaotic theories flooded Shiro's mind in that singular instant. However, D promptly shattered the silence with a statement that left her completely speechless.

"I possess the universe's number one female form. There is absolutely nothing hidden that I should be ashamed of showing."

Shiro: "..."

In an instant, the sheer, unadulterated narcissism of D's declaration completely drained Shiro of any residual fighting spirit.

Maid-chan, looking entirely accustomed to these bizarre occurrences, casually retrieved a JK school uniform from the wardrobe and tossed it over to D, completely concealing her graceful silhouette and signaling the official conclusion of the fanservice window.

"Would you care to join me for a game?" D asked casually, smoothly slipping into the clothes.

"Sigh~"

At this exact moment, Shiro realized something profound: the way D thought was completely beyond the grasp of ordinary beings; she was totally impossible to predict.

"I didn't come here to play games today!" Shiro forced herself to focus, locking a deadly serious glare onto D. "I came here specifically to lodge a complaint!"

Amused by her intensity, D raised an eyebrow with a hint of playful curiosity. "Is this all because of the teacher?"

"You know exactly why!"

"Heh. If anything, I should be the one complaining here," D offered a subtle smile. "My original plan was to watch a dramatic, theatrical reunion between you two and your former teacher in that fantasy world. Yet, you skipped right past that whole setup. It was deeply disappointing."

Shiro's temper flared right back up to maximum. "Like hell that's my problem!"

"Would you like some potato chips?"

The sudden, jarring switch in conversation nearly threw Shiro completely off balance. However, the sheer temptation of premium snacks was something she just couldn't resist. Snatching the bag out of D's hand with an angry huff, she spat out:

"Yes!"

Without wasting a single second, she eagerly stuffed a handful into her mouth, her cheeks puffing out until she looked exactly like an irritated pufferfish.

"Mgh~ This is..."

Tasting a proper potato chip for the first time in her life as a spider, Shiro's beautiful eyes went wide with absolute awe. *Oh my god! This is shockingly delicious!*

Seizing the sudden food break, D calmly explained her reasoning.

"In that world, the elves are one of the three main factions. Naturally, the story needed a central character to anchor that side of things, wouldn't you agree?"

"Agree my foot! Why did it have to be someone cursed with such awful misfortune?!" Shiro mumbled through a mouthful of food. *Chomp, chomp, chomp...*

Completely ignoring Shiro's muffled arguments, D continued smoothly. "Furthermore, to make things more entertaining, I gave your teacher a unique skill–specifically designed to let the elves find out about the reincarnated students early on."

That skill was the Student Roster–a feature that gave her a one-sided window into her students' status.

D explained that Potimas's moves afterward had far exceeded her expectations, resulting in the vast majority of the reincarnated kids being rounded up by the elves. And then, there was the teacher herself.

Driven by a fierce sense of responsibility and a deep love for her students, the moment she unlocked the roster skill–which explicitly showed their estimated times of death–she realized she had to act. In a desperate bid to save her students from those fatal ends, the teacher was left with no choice but to turn to Potimas, the elven patriarch whom she naively believed to be a peace-loving, kind father figure.

Despite being a mere toddler, she had repeatedly risked her life traveling to the far corners of the world for her students–only to personally deliver the very children she rescued straight into the clutches of the most vile, irredeemable scumbag alive.

A story filled with such pure, unadulterated despair was exactly why D found herself looking forward to the teacher's ultimate end with growing excitement.

"The teacher truly is an endearing creature. I'm almost sad to see her story end."

"...You... You absolute monster..."

A terrifying, wild aura erupted from Shiro's body. Her small fists clenched so hard her whole frame began to shake violently. In this exact moment, she finally saw right through the mask to D's true, cruel nature.

"So, what do you intend to do about it?" D asked, tilting her chin up without a single care in the world. Her detached reaction only poured fuel onto Shiro's boiling fury.

Lunging forward with a sudden burst of speed, Shiro grabbed D by the collar of her uniform, channeling every ounce of her raw physical power into a single, devastating punch aimed directly at her face...
