The wind whistles through the baby blue sky. The leaves crinkle, for fall has arrived. Little boys run through the street in their jeans and collared shirts, while their sisters and moms put on their dress and makeup in preparation for Sunday school. The cars cruise down the street watching for the boys at play. The last house on the very left, a little boy sits staring through the window, dressed as nice as he can. "Mom, when will we leave" teddy shouts, the mom walks in, with a nervous yet reassuring smile on her face. She comes face to face with teddy, with cheap vodka on her breath and whispers, "don't wake daddy ok, he had a rough night he need to sleep". Teddy noticed a bruise on her arm, he stares as if he was looking at a alien, "what happend?", Asks teddy. "Nothing " reassures mom, as her smile slowly turns to a frown. "Any way where is your, why don't you and Joshua go play" asks mom, "he's in the living room watching his alien show, I don't want to play with him, he's a weirdo", replies teddy. Mom grabs teddys arm with a grip so firm even a bear wouldn't be able to escape, "I don't ever want to hear you say that again, he is not wierd he has autism and you know that, so stop treating him like a outcast, we love him very much" says mom, with a raised voice, she looks behind her nervously, checking to make sure their father is still asleep. Teddy runs off to find his brother, he finds Joshua siting in front of the tv just as he had described, watching his alien show. Joshua turned his head, his glasses shining with the light reflecting off of them. "why did you call me a weirdo", asked Joshua. "You hear that, I'm sorry I didn't mean it", replied Teddy. Joshua turned his head, with a tear rolling down his face, and a soft voice, "I forgive you teddy", says Joshua. Teddy sat down next to Joshua, he gave Joshua a hug, and took a nap on the floor
