In a quite, green town lived a girl named Ishita . From my young age ,she was polite ,hard working and very efficient. Along with her studies she helped her mother with household work. But what she loved the most was Chemistry. The changing colours of solutions ,bubbling gases and mysterious reactions fascinated her deeply.
Ishita had a small dream -to become a great scientist one day.
However, there was a big problem in her life her classmates Vicky. He was completely opposite to her. He was so annoying, often made fun of others and sometimes created trouble on purpose. Seing ishita's good results, he became very jealous.
One day the school announced a Science Project Competition. Everyone had to prepare a project. Ishita decided to present a colour changing chemical reaction where a solution would change colours step by step.
She walked day and night on her project. Measuring chemicals carefully and mixing them with precision ,she prepared everything perfectly.
Vicky was watching all this,"I think she is doing very hard work to be perfect. But she didn't know that she can't submit it."he is jealousy kept growing.
The day before the competition ,Ishita left her project in the lab and went home. Taking this opportunity Vicky secretly enter the lab and mixed another substance into one of our chemicals. He thought," tomorrow heart project will fail and everyone will laugh at her! "
The next day ,everyone is excited. The judges arrived and one by one ,scene presents their projects. Now finally, it was Ishita's turn. She started her experiment confidently. At first, everything went well- the solution turn from Blue to Green . Suddenly something strange happened! The solution started bubbling rapidly and turned dark black.
Everyone was shocked. Ishita was stunned too!
At the moment, Ishita quickly realise that something was wrong. But instead of panicking, she stayed come and thought carefully. She rememberd lessons -,"if an unexpected reaction occurs, neutralization can be used.
Without wasting time, she added another solution that could control the reaction. Within seconds, the bubbling stopped.... And slowly, the solution turned into a beautiful purple colour!
Everyone burst into applause.
The judges were impressed and said,"this is not just a project, this is the work of a true scientist - someone who does not panicking in problems but finds solutions.
Vicky stood there silently, his head down.
At the end of the competition, Ishita won the first place.
Vicky slowly came to her and said ,"I.. I am sorry. I tried to ruin your project."
Ishita smiled and replied, "No problem. Just like in chemistry even a bad reaction can lead to a good result. People can change too"
Tears filled Vicky's eyes.
From that day, Vicky changed himself and Ishita understood .. Life is like a chemistry .If handled properly ,even problems can turn into a beautiful results.
