"I've never seen them before. Where the hell did they come from? Don't tell me... they've been living on this island ever since it first appeared?" He frowned while staring at the camp below.
"Looks like they need our help." Oliver's gaze shifted toward one of the invaders, who was approaching a captured hunter with a raised spear.
"Yeah, we'd better. If not, we won't even have a shelter to sleep in tonight. You two distract them while I free the others."
"Got it." Oliver nodded. He then turned toward Flora. Without another word, the two of them leaped down from the cliff together.
The invader was just about to drive his spear into the captured hunter when a voice suddenly stopped him.
"Stop right there!"
"Hmm?"
All of the invaders turned toward Oliver and Flora. The one standing at the front immediately shouted something in an unfamiliar language.
