We all slept.
A few hours later, the sound of the doorbell and a chaotic noise from outside jolted us awake. We all rushed through our morning routine and scrambled out the door. Suddenly, a girl ran toward us, her face pale with terror.
"Guys! The 'Residents of Evil' are attacking us!" she screamed.
Miss Yurin's voice boomed over the noise. "What?! Friends, we have to fight!"
"Yes! But the powerless girls need to get inside the castle!" Harumi shouted into a microphone. Instantly, a massive swarm of girls retreated into the safety of the fortress.
One hundred and six girls stayed behind because they possessed different powers. Harumi and the "Chemist Gang," along with Ai, stayed back to protect those without abilities. We stood our ground in front of the castle, the girls watching us anxiously from the windows.
I turned to the group. "I have an idea for our team... We are the 'HaremVengers,' and this war is our 'HaremVengers: End Game!' How does that sound?"
Ame and my other fellow girls cheered and praised the idea. Then Rin spoke up, "But what about us? We don't have any powers, and we definitely need battle costumes."
"Right..." Suzune added in support.
Then Xinoni spoke. "I know an art for that, but I haven't mastered it yet."
Miss Yurin didn't hesitate. "Do it! We don't have any other choice!"
"Okay..." Xinoni focused all her energy on us and began to chant: "Clothorus Incognito!"
Instantly, our clothes vanished!
"Are you serious, Ahiro?!" Rin and Yuzuki screamed, covering themselves.
"Sorry! Let me try again!" Xinoni apologized, her face tight with concentration. She chanted again, louder this time: "Clothorus Incognito!!"
This time, our clothes transformed into unique battle costumes. However, Rin, Yuzuki, and the Maid Team immediately started shouting, "Hey! These outfits are way too small!!"
I looked at Rin's costume; it was indeed... minimal. It was essentially a bikini, with the back covered by a long white cloth, but from the front, it left almost nothing to the imagination. My nose started bleeding again.
Xinoni apologized profusely, but Miss Yurin waved it off. "Don't hesitate! We are all girls here!"
"But—"
We were all blushing and bleeding from our noses. Miss Yurin's own costume was a bikini, and her "accessory" was a long popsicle stick. Rin and Yuzuki had no choice but to support the look. Even the Star family was regretting their choices, as they were stuck in old, restrictive kimonos.
I, however, was wearing a black, white, and blue sci-fi suit. It looked incredibly cool. Suddenly, my eyes fell on Nezuko. Her cheeks were tomato-red. She was wearing a white, crimson, and purple costume. Her thighs were bare, accented by long white socks that reached her knees, and her heels were a sharp crimson. There was a pentagon-shaped cutout on her chest, and a purple-crimson butterfly ribbon tied back her ponytail, matching her silver hair perfectly.
We all screamed at the top of our lungs, blushing: "KAWAIIIIII!!!! (SO CUTE!!!)"
Nezuko looked completely shocked.
"Okay, but how are we supposed to fight them like this?" Fumi asked, snapping us back to reality.
"Hmm..." We all dove into deep thought, except for me, Ame, Kagatani, and Nezuko.
Then, a new girl with magical abilities stepped forward. "Hello, I'm Dale Mascotte, from La-Vasicoroasicalenkio Town..."
We were all stunned by the incredibly long town name. Tsukiko tried to repeat it: "La... vasi-caku-koh! Yaeek! What the hell!"
We laughed, and Dale continued. "In our world, we use 'Mana' energy. I know a spell that allows us to share our mana."
Miss Yurin looked intrigued. "That sounds awesome... but is your mana enough to share with this many people?"
"No," Dale replied. "But I'm not alone. My friends are here too."
Three more girls stepped out: one with long purple hair like Dale's, a second with short blue hair, and a third with long, metallic chrome-yellow hair.
Dale introduced them: "The purple-haired one is my sister, Ore. The blue one is Selfa Hongalidora, and the last one is Fari Zongbiloy."
Ame asked, "But how exactly do you share the mana?"
Yuzuki answered for her, "They said there is a spell."
"Oh!"
"Okay! Do it! The monsters are closing in!" Miss Yurin shouted.
Suddenly, Dale leaned in and kissed me. Everyone froze in shock.
"What was that?!" Rin shouted.
Selfa explained calmly, "After chanting, you have to kiss the person. It's our first time sharing mana this way, so anything could happen."
"Anything?!" Kagatani asked nervously.
Fari added, "Like... his body could burst, or he could burst into flames, etc."
"That's dangerous! Oh no!" everyone screamed.
"Let's see! They're glowing!" Miss Yurin pointed out.
Sure enough, my body and Dale's body began to emit a bright light. Our hair started floating as the energy surged through us. Then, Dale pulled away. I stood there silently.
Everyone's heart was racing. I slowly turned my head toward them. They all jumped back, terrified of what I might do.
I smirked. "Ha? Nothing happened."
We were all confused for a second, but Dale snapped us out of it. "We have no time to explain! Fast!"
One by one, they began kissing every girl who was powerless. I couldn't help but think to myself, 'My girlfriends just turned lesbian...'
Suddenly, Kagatani pointed toward the horizon. "The monsters have arrived!!!"
A nightmare fuel army appeared: zombies, creeper-like creatures, slime monsters, Titan-level zombies, Phantom bats, and sentient pumpkins with faces. Leading the charge was a massive, gigantic demonic dragon.
"Is it Halloween or something?!" I shouted.
The girls with powers burst forward, ready to slay the horde, but Charolina suddenly shouted for them to stop. Miss Yurin asked why, and she replied, "Let Rin take the lead. GirlVengers... assemble!"
"Ooooh! That's a great starter! Rin!" Tsukiko cheered.
Rin hesitated for a moment, but then she found her resolve. She took a deep breath and roared:
"GIRLVENGER'S.... ASSEMBLE!!"
We all burst toward the monsters. The creatures were making the most horrific noises, but we were ready. While the powerless girls stayed back, Lorfa's power suddenly returned. She leaped incredibly high into the air and started slaying monsters, laughing insanely as she went.
The Mana girls used their energy to forge tools like glowing bows and arrows, and some took to the sky. Other girls, like Xinoni, used their magic. Most of them knew how to fly except for Xinoni, who had to rely on her "Pocketurn" art repeatedly to keep up.
We were still far from the main horde, and I shouted over the din of battle, "Mana!! Come on!!"
