"Who's that now?" Broly was startled. He could tell that this energy was no weaker than Frieza's.
Shocked, he quickly looked upward in that direction.
But when he saw what it was, he paused in surprise.
That immense energy did not belong to a person—it was the black hole in that region of space.
Broly remembered that when he had first encountered this black hole, he hadn't sensed much energy from it at all. So where was this surge of power coming from now?
If only I could absorb the energy within that black hole…
Then dealing with Frieza would be no problem.
Broly merely glanced at it and briefly considered the idea before dismissing it.
Seeing that Frieza was about to catch up again, Broly turned back with a grin and once more raised both hands to his cheeks.
"Boy, do you think I'll fall for that again?" Frieza narrowed his eyes, this time making no move to dodge.

However, in the next instant, Frieza realized that from the center of Broly's head, an intense burst of light was shooting straight toward his eyes.
By the time Frieza tried to evade, it was already too late.
His vision went white—he couldn't see a thing.
Seizing the opportunity, Broly locked onto the scouter in Frieza's hand, gathering energy in his palm.
A crimson beam shot out, striking directly at the device.
With a crisp crack, Frieza's scouter was destroyed with ease.
When Frieza's sight returned, his rage soared to the heavens. He looked as though he wanted to overturn the entire universe.
His scouter was gone—and Broly had vanished without a trace. Frieza was so furious he felt like his throat was burning.
Forcing himself to calm down, Frieza shouted into the depths of space:
"Did you hear me?! Bring me a scouter and a genetic detector immediately!"
These words quickly reached a monitoring station on a nearby planet.
Upon receiving Frieza's command, his subordinates didn't dare delay. They immediately grabbed the requested devices and rushed toward him.
In less than ten minutes, Frieza had both types of detectors in hand again.
Watching from afar, Broly couldn't help but smile bitterly.
After thinking it over for a long while, he realized that rather than being captured and killed by Frieza, it might be better to take a chance inside that black hole.
Broly stared deeply at the black hole nearby, estimating that it would take him at most thirty seconds to reach it.
