Chapter 139 - Chapter 138: Kicked Wide Open!

"Not interested..."

The White-Haired Old Man repeated those three words in a flat tone, his emotions unreadable.

After a long silence, he suddenly spoke.

"The fourth time."

The Communications Officer was taken aback.

"Send the fourth communication request. Attach no conditions, don't mention cooperation, and don't talk about deals."

He turned around, and for the first time, an indescribable emotion appeared in his sharp eyes.

It wasn't fear, nor was it anger; it was a kind of resolve born from resignation.

"Just say one thing: we are willing to surrender and provide her with all the park's coordinates."

After releasing the Titan Tyrant, most of the lab's surveillance would be destroyed by the beast. During the time he was gone, he had gone to another secret monitoring room.

Inside were hidden cameras installed within the laboratory's metal walls to observe the internal situation.

Then, he saw it—that man had actually used his fists to suppress the Titan Tyrant by brute force.

With this level of strength, the man could destroy the entire park if he wished. He was a tyrant in every sense of the word.

Using a petite and fragile human body, he wielded absolute power!

Now, that young girl had used some unknown ability to take control of the Xenomorph swarm they had never been able to tame. There was no longer any room for them to intervene here.

As the White-Haired Old Man's voice fell, the sound of gasping echoed throughout the control room.

They hadn't expected that the high-and-mighty elder would have a day where he admitted defeat. One had to remember that he was currently humanity's strongest Genetically Modified Human... Modified human... Everyone froze for a moment, suddenly coming to a realization: he was a modified human.

It was impossible for a human to possess such formidable power. It was clear that the people being monitored were also modified humans, and they were far more powerful—powerful enough that the White-Haired Old Man had no choice but to compromise.

Even though he had previously spoken toughly about destroying the experimental data so the other party wouldn't get it...

But looking at it now, the other party's research into genetic modification was far superior to theirs. Perhaps the research data on the Alien Queen would merely be the icing on the cake for them.

The other party might even be able to fulfill their inner desires for them.

And if they destroyed the experimental data, they would likely face direct liquidation and retaliation!

Soon, thirty seconds after the communication signal was sent, a reply arrived as expected.

It was even shorter this time.

Just two words.

"Unnecessary. Arrived."

The White-Haired Old Man stared at the brief, cold characters on the screen for a long time, then suddenly laughed.

There was no relief or gratitude in that smile, only bitterness and realization.

"Indeed."

He whispered, as if talking to himself.

"Since she came here, she must already know the situation and the routes. They never intended to cooperate with us from the start."

On the edge of the screen, in the corner of the surveillance footage, the alloy blast door at the entrance of the underground laboratory had been silently sliced open by the tail blade of a Brachiosaurus Xenomorph.

That petite figure stepped over the wreckage of the door and disappeared into the dark stairwell leading underground.

She didn't even look back once.

From beginning to end, this contact had been nothing more than wishful thinking on the part of the research personnel in the main control center.

In her eyes, everything in this park—

The zombies, the Xenomorphs, the security forces, and even this group of high-level officials who claimed to be in control—were nothing more than background scenery with zero Intimidation.

To be cleared when necessary, and bypassed when necessary.

Negotiation was the one thing that wasn't needed.

The White-Haired Old Man slowly sat back in his chair. The cold light of the screen reflected on his aged profile, casting deep shadows.

"Close all external communication channels in the main control room."

His voice had regained its calm, yet it carried a deep sense of exhaustion.

"Cut the data link with the underground laboratory."

"From now on, we are merely spectators."

Once the link to the underground database was cut, everything that happened in the lab afterward would have nothing to do with them.

This was the last life-saving measure they could take... The entrance to the underground laboratory.

Lilith stepped onto the first stair.

Behind her, the massive body of the Brachiosaurus Xenomorph could not enter the narrow stairwell. it could only crouch outside the door, its long, slender neck lowered as if seeing Lilith off.

Leah followed closely behind. The five Reincarnators were tense as they stepped into the dark space filled with a mixture of blood and disinfectant scents.

They continued downward.

At the end of the stairs, the harsh sound of twisting metal and the terrifying roar of an enraged beast echoed out.

There were people there.

There were monsters.

And there was the true goal of her trip.

The corner of Lilith's mouth curled into a faint arc in the darkness.

"Finally."

She said softly.

"It's not so boring anymore."

Ever since the first Xenomorph was born and submitted to her, Lilith knew exactly what this intervening Balancer wanted.

Similarly, she wanted it too.

But she was more curious about how they intended to send that giant beast out.

In front of the heavy alloy blast door on the first level of the underground laboratory.

Lilith stopped her pace.

She tilted her head slightly, her crimson eyes scanning the silver-white metal lab door.

Even through the tightly sealed metal door, the dull thuds of combat and the shrieks of a giant beast could still be heard inside.

Leah and the five new members held their breath, instinctively taking half a step back.

Then they saw—

Lilith raised a foot, her right foot encased in a small black leather boot.

The next moment.

She kicked out.

BOOM—!!!!!

An incredibly heavy sound of impact exploded outward!

The alloy blast door, strong enough to withstand a direct hit from a small missile, buckled the moment it made contact with that small foot!

The steel wailed, and bolts went flying!

The entire experimental metal door, weighing several tons, instantly tore away from its frame. With a piercing whistle, it went flying violently backward along the laboratory's central corridor!

BOOM—!!!

The lab door, like a cannonball, smashed through all obstacles in its path before finally embedding itself firmly into the wall at the end of the corridor, which was also made of thick alloy!

The metal dented, cracks spread, and the entire wall vibrated slightly from the terrifying impact.

On the metal door panel, there was also a small black leather boot stuck in the warped metal, maintaining the posture from the moment of the kick.

In front of the doorway, Lilith was now barefoot on her right foot.

That foot was small and delicate, with skin as white as crystal and rounded toes. Under the pale laboratory lights, it gave off a faint ivory luster.

She lightly wiggled her toes, as if she had merely kicked away a small pebble blocking her path rather than a multi-ton alloy blast door.

She lowered her small foot, stepping lightly onto the cold floor with her bare foot.

Then, she silently raised her left foot, hooked her finger into the black boot, and gave a gentle tug.

Clack.

Two small black leather boots—one far, one near. One was embedded in the door panel, and the other lay lonely on the floor.

Lilith stood there barefoot on the laboratory floor covered in metal shards and cold dust, her crystalline toes curling slightly as if adapting to the feel of the ground.
