Third Person's POV:
After the Vintelli family went from there Ariana said to her family.
"That was an interesting group."
"Yes they are and they have been our friends since I could remember." Matteo said.
"Yes Valente is even the best friend of Tony." Leonardo said.
"But from what I heard he is only three years older than me then isn't there an age gap between them?" Ariana asked.
"Yes but they both are to be the mafia boss of the family and that makes him have a lot of association with Tony so that's why they are closer." Gabriel said. Ariana nodded.
"So do they live in New York?" Ariana asked, confused.
"Princess, when I first met him he was living in Italy but when his business started to spread he moved here as his wife was also from here and they decided it was best if they moved here. His business in Italy was then left in his brother's hands and they have been living here since then. But we kept in touch and then Gabriel also moved here and then they became closer." Nonno said.
"Oh I see." Ariana said.
"Alf fratello, why isn't Luna here?" Ariana asked.
"She is not feeling well today so I told her to rest. I will bring her to meet our family after she is feeling better." Alfonso explained. All of them nodded.
"Let's go, I have to introduce you to some more people that are important to us." Gabriel said and Ariana went with him.
"We have to keep a close eye on Valente." Leonardo said to his brothers.
"But why?" Luciano asked.
"Because of what Aurora said about them getting married." Antonio said.
"But didn't Valente refuse and he didn't even talk with princess?" Orlando said.
"You don't understand him like I do." Antonio said again.
"But.." Orlando said again.
"Do you want her to be in a relationship with him?" Leonardo asked, irritated.
"No." He said immediately.
"That's what I thought." Antonio said.
"Then we have to keep an eye on him when they come tomorrow for dinner." Matteo said.
"Yes, now let's go." Elio said.
Luka and Luna were very amused with all of their protectiveness and also felt a little sorry for the man who is going to date Ariana. They looked at each other and shook their heads. Then they went with their partners.
It was going to be tough to win Ariana's family's approval to whoever was going to date her.

Ariana's POV:
The ball was going better than I anticipated. Nonno introduced me to all of the people and it was all I could ever have expected. He also introduced me to his friend's family. They were interesting to say the least. Especially Valente. I of course knew him because of my work. In my line of work we have to know everyone in power. I even knew about my family but not many details as I didn't have any deals with them.
Valente was a known mafia prince as he had almost taken over his mafia except the official coronation. His mafia was the second largest in New York as well as in Italy. I knew all about his mafia but I asked my family questions so as to not be suspicious. I had done some work for them. They are a nice bunch.
Anyways when papa introduced me to his partners or acquaintances I saw that he was very proud. Like that was what he wanted to do all his life.
When it got late in the night the people started to leave one after another and the ball came to an end.
"Princess we should also go now. You must be tired." Zia said. They have been going around all night meeting and chatting with people so I saw that they also looked exhausted.
"Yes. I am sure you must be tired also." I said. Then I saw that Levi and Ezra came towards us. I thought that they left but I guess not.
"Riana, we are going to the hotel. We will come to meet you tomorrow as we also have to go back to Texas." Ezra said.
"Ok guys then come tomorrow morning as there will be some guests coming for dinner tomorrow. I hope that will be okay?" I said.
"Yes it will be alright. Then we will come by ten as it is already very late tonight." Levi said. I nodded and then bid goodbye to them. After that we all went home and immediately went to sleep as we all were very tired today.

I woke up when papa came and woke me up. It is my favourite time of the day.
"Good morning princess."
"Good morning papa." Then I went to freshen up. I showered, brushed my teeth and got ready. I wore a tank top and trousers as I wanted to do some training with Ezra and Levi. I don't know when I will get the time next time. I went downstairs and waited for Ezra and Levi to come as it was already close to ten.
"Good morning everyone." I said and hugged them one by one. All of them were there as no one went to work today. Twinnie and I also took two days off from school for the ball.
"Good morning. Did you sleep well?" Nonna asked.
"Yes I did, Nonna."
"Come have some breakfast. I believe your friends will come soon." Zia said.
"Yes they will be here any minute." I said.
"Fratello." I said and then I heard an echo.
"Yes."
"Yes."
"Yes."
"...."
I flinched a little. Earlier there were only five of them and now there were eleven of them. They all looked at each other.
"Princess, did you forget that there are eleven of them? You have to mention whom you are calling, otherwise we have to hear this every time." Zio said amusedly. I shook my head.
"Actually I was going to talk to Alf fratello but if you want you can also be there."
"What is it, Aria?" Alf fratello asked.
"Actually I wanted to tell you that I was going to train with Levi and Ezra and you said that you also wanted to have a spar with him."
"Yes I want it." He replied before I could continue. I smiled amusedly.
"Ok then. Let's have something light as they will be here soon." I said and we had our breakfast. I only had orange juice and toast.
"Riana we are here." Ezra called.
"Coming." I said and then went to them.
"Good morning guys." I said and hugged them.
"Good morning Riana." They replied.
"Did you guys have breakfast?" Zia asked them.
"Yes Mrs. Romano." Levi replied politely.
"So Ezra, Levi, are you ready for some sparring?" I asked them.
"Of course. I want to see your progress. You are keeping up with your training right?" Ezra asked with a serious expression. He was usually not so serious but when it comes to training he transforms into a strict trainer and no one can cross him.
"I also want to have a spar with you Ezra. Can I?" Alf fratello asked.
"Of course. It would be my honor." Ezra said and then we went to the gym and first Ezra and I went into the ring. We stretched a little bit and got into the position. Alf fratello was the referee of our match.
"Ok on my count. 3. 2. 1. Go!" I got into a defensive stance. We started circling each other and I was looking for an opening to get a shot at him. When I got my chance I threw a punch at him but he quickly dodged it. Then he went to kick my side and I swiftly dodged it. Just like that we went like this for some time and we got some punches and kicks in between. After half an hour Ezra had me locked and I gave in. Then I heard my family cheering.
"You did such a good job princess. You were amazing." Nonno said proudly.
"Yeah it isn't easy to last that long against a trainer that has been training his whole life. Good job princess." Emilio fratello said.
"Thank you guys. I still have a long way to go." I said and it was true. I have to learn so much and I will keep up.
"Riana, you have improved. Good job and keep it up. I am proud of you." Ezra said. It was so good to hear that from his mouth.
"Thank you so much Ezra. It means a lot." I replied.
"What about your shooting skill?" Levi asked suddenly and I got nervous because I haven't told anyone yet except Orlando and twinnie that I know shooting and I am best at it. Everyone looked at me in surprise that I knew how to shoot.
"You know how to shoot?" Tony fratello asked in surprise. Only a few things can surprise him. I guess that includes it.
"Yes fratello."
"You guys didn't know that?" Levi asked, surprised.
"You should see her in the shooting range then." Ezra said with a smirk. I shook my head and knew what was coming.
"Then let's go and see. We have a shooting range at the mafia headquarters." Orlando and twinnie said together.
"Did you guys forget that Alf fratello and Ezra are going to spar?" I reminded them.
"Then we will go after that." Twinnie said.
"But we also have guests coming." I said hoping to divert their minds from my shooting skills.
"But they are coming in the evening and it is only 11 a.m. now." Orlando said.
"Are you trying to divert our minds so that we don't go and see your skills ourselves?" Ben fratello asked. Of course how can I forget that he is ever so sharp minded so he will figure it out.
"No it's not like that. Ok we can go after their spar." I said defeated. They all cheered and then Ezra and Alf fratello went into the ring.
"Who do you think will win, princess?" Orlando asked me.
"Well it's hard to say. They both are excellent and they both train rigorously." I said contemplating.
"I think Alf will win." Aurelio fratello said.
"Yes it is a high probability." I said because he has trained far more people than Ezra has and he is the trainer of the biggest mafia after all so there was some advantage to that.
We watched them fight and it was a sight to behold. In front of them fighting, my fighting was probably like a child playing. Sigh. I have so much to improve. They went at it for almost an hour and it was very intense. And just as I thought that Ezra was going to win I saw that Alf fratello locked him in a head lock and Ezra tapped out.
"Yeah I was right. See Alf fratello won." Orlando said.
"When did you say that he was going to win?" I asked.
"I just thought in my mind but see he won." I shook my head and saw that they both came out of the ring with various bruises. It was going to hurt like hell.
"Shall we go now?" Twinnie asked, jumping up and down. Sometimes I doubt that he is my twin and an 18 year old boy.
"How old are you? 10?" Ben fratello looked at him in disdain. I snorted lightly and twinnie looked at Ben fratello and me in shock and feigned like he was hurt.
"Ouch you wound me Ben fratello and even twinnie you."
"Yeah yeah yeah." I rolled my eyes.
"Ok children. Do we want to go now or not?" Zio asked amusedly.
"Hey Zio. I am not a child. He is." I said pointing at twinnie.
"Hey!" Twinnie said.
"Exactly my point." Zio said.
"Anyway, let's get going if we want to get back in time for dinner." Zia said. I nodded.
"Are you all coming?" I asked them.
"Of course. We want to see our princess shoot and see how talented she is." Nonna said. I nodded and glared at Levi for telling them that. He just smiled amusedly. Well then let's go. They are in for quite a shock aren't they.
