Those houses were the home of my great grandfather's brother and his nephew. Those two were rivals since my grandfather's brother- Sreekumar Gupta had stole his nephew's property. Sreekumar was a landlord who was really cruel and he wasn't even merciful. He treated tenants like some trash. His nephew Govind hated him and his family since childhood. Sreekumar had stolen the property that belonged to his mother- Yamini. The only thing Sreekumar loved was his precious daughter Lakshmi. So Govind in order to complete his revenge married Lakshmi by force.
But after their marriage some says Govind harmed Lakshmi so many times that they eventually killed each other and some villagers even say that both of them were killed by Sreekumar himself. But after sometime Sreekumar's house was burned partially that eventually led to the end of his clan
