Chapter 6 - Chapter 6: The Reunion (Final chapter)

The soft breeze of the evening carried a strange feeling…

Something was about to change.

Days had passed in silence.

Both of them were living… but not truly alive.

He couldn't take it anymore.

The emptiness… the regret… the pain…

Everything led him to one decision.

"I need to talk to her… no matter what."

The next morning, he went to college early.

His eyes searched for her everywhere.

And then…

He saw her.

Standing alone… just like before.

But something was different.

She looked quieter.

Softer.

Broken.

For a moment, he froze.

His heart started beating fast.

"What if she ignores me…?"

But this time…

He didn't let fear win.

He slowly walked towards her.

Every step felt heavy… but important.

When she noticed him…

Her breath stopped.

Their eyes met again.

But this time…

There was no anger.

Only pain… and unspoken love.

"Why…?" she whispered, her voice trembling.

That one word carried all her tears… all her sleepless nights.

He looked down, guilt filling his heart.

"I'm sorry…"

His voice was low… but real.

"I saw you with someone… and I misunderstood everything…"

He finally said it.

The truth.

She looked at him, shocked.

"That was my cousin…"

Tears rolled down her cheeks again.

"You didn't even ask me… you just left…"

Her words hit him deeply.

He realized how wrong he was.

How easily he broke something so beautiful.

Without thinking, he stepped closer.

"I was scared… of losing you… and in that fear… I actually lost you…"

Silence surrounded them.

But this silence felt different.

It wasn't empty.

It was healing.

"Do you still… love me?" he asked softly.

She looked at him, tears in her eyes… but a small smile on her lips.

"I never stopped…"

That was enough.

In that moment…

Everything came back.

He gently held her hand.

And she didn't pull away.

Instead…

She stepped closer.

Finally…

They hugged.

A warm… tight hug… full of emotions, pain, and love 💕

Like two broken pieces… finally finding each other again.

The sky slowly turned cloudy.

And just like the first time…

Rain started falling 🌧️

But today…

The rain didn't feel sad.

It felt magical.

They both laughed softly, standing in the rain.

Just like before.

But this time…

They were together.

"No more misunderstandings… promise?" she said.

"Promise." he smiled.

And just like that…

Their love story didn't end.

It restarted.

Stronger.

Deeper.

More beautiful than ever.
