Dr. Hyun: (Ignoring her question, his face darkening with drunken jealousy as he recalls the club) "Why did you give that man your number? Why him?
"Kim Seo: "Oh my god, forget about that! Answer me first! Do you really know me from the past? Tell me the truth!
"Dr. Hyun: (His voice dropping into a desperate whisper, tears almost welling up in his eyes) "How could you forget me? It's so unfair. I can't... I absolutely cannot stand seeing you so close to anyone else. I love you, Kim... only you.
"Kim Seo: (Flustered, trying to break the heavy romantic tension) "Hey! Just move aside first! You are completely out of your mind right now. You are heavily drunk!"(Hearing her try to push him away, Dr. Hyun completely loses his self-control. Driven by years of hidden love and the overwhelming alcohol, he leans down even further. His face inches closer until his lips gently press against hers.)(Kim Seo freezes in absolute shock. Squeezing her eyes shut tight out of pure panic and fear, she gasps against his lips.)
Kim Seo: "What... what do you think you are doing?!"
(But her voice is swallowed up as he deepens the kiss. For a few intense, breathless seconds, the entire world stands completely still in the dark bedroom. Suddenly, a wave of reality hits Kim Seo. Realizing exactly what is happening and the gravity of what she is doing, she finds a sudden burst of strength. She plants her hands firmly against his chest and shoves him away with all her might.)(Dr. Hyun falls back onto the pillows, catching his breath. Breathing heavily, Kim Seo scrambles off the bed, her mind in a complete whirlwind. She grabs her bag and turns to bolt out of the room.)(Before she can take a step, Dr. Hyun reaches out with lightning speed. His fingers wrap tightly around her wrist, stopping her in her tracks. He looks up at her from the bed, his voice pleading.)
Dr. Hyun: "Don't go... stay with me. Please, Kim..."(Kim Seo looks at his hand on her wrist, her heart racing with confusion and fear. Jerking her hand back with force, she violently shakes off his grip.)
Kim Seo: "Let go of me!"(Without looking back even once, she spins around and rushes out of the apartment, leaving a completely broken and heavily intoxicated Dr. Hyun alone in the silent darkness.)
