In the following months Viktor established Erwin's operation in the city of Bulwa slowly, making sure that every the order he received matched his actions but he adjusted everything that needed to be adjusted from those accounts he held and manages he manage to make some individuals in the banks of Vivada to agree to hold his money and transfer it overseas and do a round-tripping then transfer it to the business front he manages making it clean money. He then transfer it back to the bank making sure the individuals are fully paid before the ledgers are then cleaned again before being transferred to a Golden Isle bank that Erwin's associates have manage to secure for him.
The banks the Golden Isle then funnels the money in Erwin's business as a loan then his dirty money pays the dues while the ledgers are being altered matching the records that are needed before rotating it back to his expanding business cleaning both money at the same time while expanding Erwin's legal funds.
Erwin was not just smuggling his goods out of the Golden Isle , he was also importing smuggled goods that the third world country didn't have such as all kinds of electronics that ranges from phones to television but most of all the important thing that a third world country lacks "Medicine".
After Captain Elizabeth got her cut from the quiet incoming and outgoing goods and started trusting Erwin much more she introduced Erwin to Captain Amanda.
Captain Amanda now much more richer than she was before did not want to risk being them discovered so she took a rear like approached to the situation at hand, she will randomly vet ship incoming to the mainland that she could pay off before they leave port. The randomization of the ships will make it harder for customs to locate smuggled goods and will give each ships a breather after a voyage to catch themselves and enjoy the fruits of their labor.
Erwin agreed to the arrangement when Captain Amanda told him her plans of not rotating the ships that incoming and outgoing and will just randomly vet a ship where they could have more freedom with their operations. In which Erwin was fine with but he wanted at least three ships per month , the ever increasing demand of goods that from the city of Bulwa need seemed formidable as the city seemed to swallow his goods like an insatiable creature.
Erwin also started to expanded his territory specially in owner-less turfs if possible and he also started to build more business in the surrounding area and as he got more comfortable with control he started to slowly relax a bit more, getting a small breather and his name slowly became known in the street of Guine in certain areas specially in his territory as he rewarded those who worked with him with good pay and goods acquired overseas buying their loyalty slowly. The people who worked for him slowly started to trust him and with the word from these people many more people started to come seeing if they could work for him . Also the once difficult and dangerous streets that was run by random individuals was slowly being acquired by Erwin through subterfuge and assassination are turning into a very safe and hot spot area where people would often go to get all and any kinds of goods from substances or smuggled goods.
The street Erwin owned slowly became organize thanks to his people, every other corner there was a pusher or trader and in the business he owned there were dealers and traders. Also the streets and business are protected giving it a serene feeling of safety.
As Erwin's foundation and territories expanded he decided to focus on smuggling and that means climbing the ladder a bit more, he talked to all his contacts that could make that happen and his old acquaintance Carter came true for him and introduced him to an old friend of his Colonel Loren Lopez . Carter explained to Erwin that the Colonel did business also but he did not go into details about it. At first the Colonel was unsure but Carter assured him of the safety of their transactions will be fruitful since Carter have never suffered a loss when he dealt dealings for Erwin. Carter was sure that after awhile the two would become good partners as he started to trust Erwin as everyone around him seemed to get richer by the day.
The Colonel agreed since Carter gave Erwin his endorsement, Colonel Loren scheduled their meeting in a cafe that he used as a front for his illicit business but Erwin had to come alone.
Erwin agreed the moment the Carter told him the day and time , he alone came and to the meeting place called"Cafe Replete". He sat down and waited until a waiter gave him a menu that was folded, opening the menu there was a small phone with an earpiece. Taking the earpiece and subtly putting it on, a quiet almost a whisper voice can be heard as it seemed that the voice is misplaced.
"Ask for a newspaper and then something before we start" the voice on the other line told him.
Erwin called the waiter asked for a newspaper and the ordered.
The newspaper was brought to Erwin with his order , afterwards the waiter left. Then the voice on the other side spoke.
"What are you looking for?"
Erwin was starting to get used to situations like this and with a calm demeanor he spoke " Access to the Golden Isle market".
"Which market?"
Erwin was surprised that there were different kinds of market but he kept a composed voice and he acted as if he knew, anyways he only had few products that can be injected into the market.
"Medical and Defense" Erwin kept short and tactful
"That's it I can import those to other counties that we have a trading agreement with but it will cost you" Colonel Lopez kept his measured but he decided to invest some trust.
Erwin realized that that this could be a big deal that just landed on his lap as this is an international deal, he began to think quickly the weapons he had now was for street urban setting, he needed to take out better items for the international market . There were many things in the game inventory this deal can be a game changer for him and his people, he knew it was the right bet to expand into international market.
" I have more than those but how much can you move?" Erwin with a composed answer asked.
"Moving the products wont be a problem, I have contacts with some of the diplomatic trade envoys that have direct contacts with their the people from their own ministry of Trade , commerce and transportation"
"I have contacts with thirty or so countries , we can infiltrate their market depending on the merchandise that you can import "
Erwin quickly though of a plan and called the waiter and asked for a pen and paper then discreetly wrote something.
"It's in the paper, call Carter when you're ready to inform me" Erwin began to finish his order to not stand out ,then laid the small phone and ear piece with the paper into the newspaper before folding it as to covering it before paying and leaving.
The waiter then tactfully and skillfully retrieved the newspaper before going to the back then quietly handed the sensitive material to man that was waiting there.
When Erwin got back to his base of operations Carter called him and and asked him to prepare samples of the products he was willing to export, it will be picked up by an anonymous person a few days later for inspection before Colonel Lopez can decide which channel to use to transport his goods.
Erwin immediately began browsing through his products, he needed something that catches the eye of international market for his endeavor to bear fruit. He quickly dove into the game world and began to browse though his items and picked a few good items.
** Weapons**

*Round Rainbow - A mixture of three chemically altered high resin compounds that have been processed with stabilizers with a chemically altering effect to each one then added together creating a chemical reaction making a small and hard compound. Once smoked the compound turns into vapors entering directly through the lungs giving a full definite volumes of high throughout the whole body.
Erwin only wanted these for now, he wanted to test the market first before making further decision. He also needed to know what kind of materials and products that the other side would want, the international market is large and these is not even a drop in the bucket.
A few days later as expected an anonymous person showed up and gave Erwin a throw away phone before taking his samples and leaving.
Soon Erwin's throw away buzzed.
"How many?"
"How much you need?"
The voice on the other side got quiet for a sec , Erwin heard him talking to someone before replying back to him.
" For the arms we need ten thousand each, for the substance four tons a piece",
The two talk for a quick minute before coming to a census, Erwin will handle the funding for the hands that needed to be handle and for now Colonel Loren people will handle all the affairs of the sale and after everything have been sold they will calculate the cost before each can get their dues.Both mutually approved on this approach , Erwin in the meantime also asked Colonel Loren about if he can gather on the Intelligence on the counties black market but not just that but local markets also , Loren didn't know what Erwin wanted the local markets for but agreed to it anyways.
Now with Colonel Loren and the support of Captain Amanda Loren operational scope have expanded, he now has proper connections , he just need to move up a little more and he could extend his reach a bit further maybe to the higher ups of the country before expanding more in the international market. He has already expanded to his full extent at the moment and needed to stabilize himself , he does not want to spread himself to thin.
Erwin is now getting a hold of the situation and now has a hold on the situation but he knew that things can change as quickly like last time, he now has connections and on his next agenda was making a intelligence network and for that he needs to recruit more manpower and greases some heavy hands.
