Dreaming Life

Year 2005, a girl is born as the only grandchild of her maternal and paternal grandparents. She is the only princess of her parents. Her grandfather was very ill. He got to see her only once before he died at the time of her birth. Many days pass. The girl grows up with everyone's love. When she learns to talk and recognize people, her grandmother passes away. On the day her grandmother died, her father, uncles, everyone cried. But she and her cousins enjoyed seeing everyone cry. After her grandmother's death, her father started calling her "Ammu" (Mom). He would say, "You are my mother." Her father loved her dearly. He would feed her, play with her, watch movies with her after coming home from office, and stay up till 2 am. She got admitted to school. When her mother wanted to wake her up early for school, her father would stop her mother. Her father would say, "Let her sleep a bit longer." So they'd wake her up at 8:30, since school started at 9. He'd drop her off at school and head to work, and pick her up if he could. She'd make all sorts of requests to her father, and he'd often oblige. On the way home, he'd buy her favorite treats. They'd go out often, riding his motorbike, which she loved. Sweets and fried snacks were her favorites, so he'd bring those home. He'd also often bring heels – she loved them, and their house was like a shoe store! 😊 She'd ask, and he'd get it for her. At night, if she craved something, she'd call her father to bring it home.
