Neither of them knew what it would do, but it was space rock and likely had precious metals in it. With the size of it, even if the useful materials comrpised only a fraction of such a big rock, then it would still be a profit.
Without further ado, they drove down to the meteor to get a closer look. Because of the force of impact and the wave of energy, a lot of the area had been flattened and blown away, ironically making the trip to the giant rock easier.
They stopped the car just beyond the crater it created so Kael and Naia had to go on foot.
As for the rest, they waited beside the car. They were warned that since it was a big item, there could be some energy emission that could be dangerous for people like them.
At the very least, Naia and Kael had some abilities and wouldn't get hurt so easily.
The two walked forward, aiming to get as close as possible. It was too big and heavy that she needed to actually touch it before she could put it in.
