Tik...tik...tik
Drops of blood fell from someone. This unknown person ran, stumbling multiple times, holding their stomach with one hand and a sword in the other.
They raised their head, but shock struck them swiftly. A giant wall stood before them, blocking their escape.
"That's enough, there's nowhere else to run," a voice suddenly spoke from the void.
The injured person smiled bitterly, slowly sliding to the ground. They coughed up blood and said blasphemously,
"Heh... looks like life slapped me again."
"..."
"Enough, it's all over. Surrender, and I'll kill you painlessly."
"Painlessly? Damn you and your lies. Don't you see how I look now?" the injured person said with a bitter smile.
"..." The other person didn't reply, but instead, raised their sword and threw it powerfully at the injured person.
"Aaggghhh!"
The sword pierced their chest, causing terrible pain. The injured person vomited a large amount of blood, their pupils dilating.
"Hehe...uaggghhh!"
"That's enough, you're finished."
The injured person simply smiled before replying, "Listen, Theodore, do you really think I didn't discover your betrayal?"
"What?! What do you mean, Dillon?" his eyes widened in disbelief, then he controlled his expression.
"Heh, it doesn't matter, it's all over anyway, right?" As soon as he said this, he pulled out a small, luminous orb from his pocket. Theodore, astonished by the unfolding events, rushed towards Dillon.
"Tsk, don't even think about doing it!" His speed tore through the air and the rocks beneath, but it wasn't enough to stop Dillon.
"Dillon! Stop-"
"It's too late."
